watched taylor swift's performance of macavity in the 2019 movie yesterday and it made me so mad i had to 1. rant about it for like an hour, and 2. go outside and actually touch grass

#🗒#i actually greatly enjoy the musical all things considered but the 2019 movie? no. god no.#i Have seen the movie before this but it was like. a little after it came out. so idc about that #also macavity is Supposed to be a duet between bombalurina and demeter but they just completely scrap demeter for it?#like did you really need taylor swift to poorly sing about a cat That Badly?#also they-IN THE SONG-describe macavity as ginger + tall + slim but they made him a short & kinda built brown cat?#is it really so hard to just follow the actual descriptions of these cats. like. why is bombalurina 100% ginger
