fic idea after s4 where arthur loses his memory or whatever while he’s alone n morgana finds him knocked out in the woods. she ofc is very giddy abt this until he regains consciousness and she finds out that he literally doesnt know who he is. then shes like. ohmygod. i can USE THIS!!!! so idk she starts trying to mind control him or whatever like she did with shade!lancelot

except during that time arthur, despite hving no memory, is so so so much like the brother she used to love. at some point she realizes that him losing his memory also means losing all the bigotry uther instilled in him since he was a boy and, bc of the resurfacing affection, decides that instead of trying to CONTROL him or whatever….she can just? change his mind? so she tells him shes his sister and has magic and shows him all these cool tricks and things and how useful and good magic can be.

and like. idk. weeks or months or whatever pass. and arthurs so familiar with magic now and yet still so much like he was before, until he starts slowly remembering stuff (and keeping it from her? idk). until eventually he remembers enough about their past and is so scared/angry/whatever that they get into a fight and he storms out and its WEIRD. its weird bc morgana used to HATE HIM but. but she just got her brother back yknow. like she knows what its like to have arthur as her brother n hve him accept her and respect her and be awed by her magic so. losing that is a bit. harrowing.

but then a few minutes later arthur comes back. still angry and afraid but also like. refusing to go back. being okay. okay. youre my sister and i may remember all that distrust of magic but i ALSO remember you showing me how good/harmless/whatever it can be so. can we like work this out.

n then the end pendragon siblings make up n magic gets legalized again thx for coming 2 my ted talk
