i told her i nearly cancelled our appointment this morning after the receptionist told me there'd be an additional fee and she laughed. 😡 that's not funny! i was dead serious and if i had cancelled it would've been a reasonable response! when i get a bill i can't afford to pay sometime in the next week will that be funny too?
