Excited to show you guys if it turns out all right. • Here is a little look back at a beautiful day at the open air museum Hida folk village in Takayama, Japan. We were given copious amounts of snow during our days in Gifu prefecture which gave us some pretty stunning photo opportunities! • I became very fascinated with the Gasshō-style, thatched roof farmhouses. They are made looking like two hands together, like the Gassho gesture in Buddhism - hence the name. They are incredibly durable and are known to survive all kinds of harsh weather.
