Headcanons I shared on twt that I’d like to share here ☺️ (from 2023 to now):

Margo’s a 3D digital artist, Miles is more traditional, & Hobie likes to tailor his own clothes. They have days where they all occupied a single room and work silently together with music/a movie in the background.

Broke: Jefferson doesn’t like Hobie cuz his laces/punk, Woke: Jefferson likes Hobie cause he reminds him of Aaron.

Jefferson knows what it’s like to live in a tough environment. Does he approve of the things Aaron & Hobie’s done? No. Does he understand it? Yes! And he’ll be damned if he lets Hobie handled it on his own now that he knows about him 😤

And if I said Rio AND Jeff ask about Hobie all the time to Miles?? And if I said they’d tell him to invite him to the rooftop cookouts hM?? And if I said Rio & Jeff were the type of parents to always including any form of family gatherings with Hobie in mind, HMM?!

If Aaron was still alive, he would have loved Hobie.

Manifests in your mind Karl throwing Hobie over his shoulders and spinning him around really fast as they laugh.

Hobie’s the type to hold up & play music from a boombox outside Miles window to serenade him at 3 am. Jefferson from his window telling him to go home, Hobie cranks the boombox louder.

CyberPunkFlower hc: Margo & Hobie both being nervous to meet Miles parents and get surprised when Rio & Jefferson hug them at the front door (Especially from Jefferson who held both of them tightly in his hug) Miles had talked so fondly about his partners to his parents. He even explained how they both helped him escape the SS. Rio & Jefferson loved them before they even walked through their door.

CyberPunkFlower thought: Margo & Hobie being overwhelmed with how opening loving & supporting Miles’ parents are to them. They’ve both had a one to one moment with Rio/Jefferson that solidified that feeling of “You’re always welcomed in our home”. Margo being quick to accept their affection/attention vs Hobie being standoffish cuz he’s not used to this kind of positive adult/parental presents. Over time & some patience he’ll be accepting/used to it.

My singing voice hc for Hobie is Bakar (listen to his song Dracula 🎤👀)

PunkFlower/Morales Family thought: Hobie, bruised/roughed up from a battle, hoppin’ in to Miles universes to relax with him only to realize: 1. He’s not home & 2. Rio’s the only one home. Cut to Rio hovering over to Hobie & being worried about his injuries. Rio tends to his wounds (even after Hobie explains his quick healing). As Rio’s wrapping him up she talks about how much her son speaks so fondly about Hobie. Tell him embarrassing stories about her boy. Fun little conversations that will come back and haunt Miles lol.

GoldenPunkFlowerByte thoughts: Pavitr trying to help Rio in the kitchen, Miles preventing Hobie from stealing bites out of the pots, Margo talking with Jefferson and playing with Billie.

Hobie’s spiderband are the type to give each other tattoos. They give each other a heart tattoo 💙🩷💜💚💛❤️

Hobie’s the type to bring flowers for Rio & Jefferson when he’s taking Miles out on a date.

GoldenPunkFlowerByte: Pavitr, despite his size, is always the big spoon (He will jump if he has to hold Miles & Hobie) My guy loves to bury his face in his partners shoulders. He loves playing with the loose strands of Margo’s hair while she’s coding.

I really like the idea of not only Miles’ family meeting Hobie but also the Morales meeting Hobie’s SpiderBand cuz that’s his family. He grew up homeless & his band means the world to him. Rio & Jefferson would love this goofy bunch of misfits.

Hobie making Rio a dimensional phone cuz she “wanted to call and check up on you & your friends, Flaquito!”

Tho Hobie does not have a confirmed age, he's been described most times as a teenager from 16-17 year old (I see him as 16)

.:Points of Interest During Show:.

• The show was streamed on the site <https://sfntv.xyz/ver/lolla> (no longer available - the Tumblr Clique discord server has a link to the full show)

• Tyler had a distinctly scratchy/crunchy quality to his voice, with a particularly rough quality to it. It's presumed he did this to reserve his voice on night one, so he doesn't strain his voice.

He stopped halfway through the second verses in Guns for hands of "I'm trying to [sleep]", and sang "SLOW DOWN" right before the bridge as they slowed the tempo.

During Holding Onto You he also stopped singing during "sounding down [the mountain range, of my left side brain]", halfway through the word "kaleido[scope]", and he did not sing "Entertain my faith" at all.

He did a particularly impressive scream during the first "Or am I on The Outside?", and on the 3rd one which was even louder and longer.

He only sang the Na-Na-Nas of All the small things, along with "Late night, come home, work sucks, I know" and "Surprised she let me know she cares"

During lane boy, he did not sing the first line of the second verse "They say stay in your Lane Boy..." up until the rap breakdown.

He also only sang the first line of Chlorine, and let the crowd sing the second and third. He also missed out "Running for my [life]" he looked at the camera and sang directly to it with the most beautiful sparkly eyes. He also did not sing the second "Running for my [life]" . He also stopped singing again after "When I leave don't save my seat".

He missed the first chorus of HDS, and "Gangsters don't cry" up until "For me"

During Ride he let the crowd sing "I know it's hard sometimes, pieces of peace in the sun's piece of mind, I know it's hard sometimes". Tyler continued singing, then paused, and rejoined at "Wish who I was". He also had the crowd sing the chorus and joined them again at "Taking my time on my". He then paused, and stood in the middle of the aisle, greeting the crowd and standing for photos.

During the second chorus of Shy Away, he didn't sing "boy you better not be there" or "Don't circle the track, just break the cycle in half"

Tyler did not sing the first line of Stressed Out or the chorus, but he did say "What's my name"//"What's your name". He did sing the second chorus. Blurry himself appeared on the screens and sang the final bridge. The lights turned blue and pinkish red here.

Tyler let the crowd sing "Please don't make any sudden moves, you don't know half of the abuse", then rejoined for the second half of the first chorus/verse.

• Using a red bristled broom, after Chlorine, Tyler made a point of brushing the stage for any debris. Such as drumsticks. Clearing the way for Dr Blum's solo

• Tyler wore a light coloured (white) shirt with a collar and shoulders with a greyish black watercolour print around the neck and shoulders. It was confirmed by Dr Blum on twitter that it was just the shirt, but it's presumed Tyler selected it to represent blurrys influence on him during the shows. He also wore big gigantic fawn coloured pants.

• Tyler's paint was midnight black around his neck, with an incredibly crisp line. His hands were also extremely dark.

• Josh wore a brown sweater vest with 1960s mod print orange flowers on it; the flowers had white petals, and he wore a matching colourful necklace with flower beading. He also wore grey jean shorts. His shirt vanished halfway through the show during ride. Professional opinion is that he slipped on a banana peel and it fell off.

• Tyler was completely obsessed with the camera, approaching it multiple times to stare at and interact with it.

• They both wore Argentinan football jerseys, which they gave away to members of the crowd as gifts.

• The lighting was distinctly different from normal, it was mostly blue the entire show.

• At the very end of Heavy Dirty Soul, Tyler death dropped onto his back, as a spiritual/metaphorical death. During this, they did a ritual to "revive" him in which one of the band members (Todd) rubbed his fists together as though they were a defibrillator. He placed them on Tyler's chest, and simulated "shocking" him in time with a musical sting from the rest of the band. Tyler convulsed his body in time with the "shocks", and then was "revived". This was the best thing I've ever seen in my entire life.

• Tyler then got up and greeted the crowd, and did a true crowd stand during Ride. The song had a beautiful arpeggiator, and Tyler flourished wonderfully on the piano before "I've been thinking too much". Josh came down during the musical interlude for a drum stand.

• Tyler did a sillay wiggle dance during Shy Away. He was on his knees a LOT 😳 There were spiders on the screens, and there are multiple references to spiders/cobwebs in other songs [Lovely][Friend Please][Blurry tweeted a picture of a spider one time]

• Tyler gave a very heartfelt speech during Trees to the crowd, and let them know that they made the band feel at home, and he feels like the show was the best one of the tour [And he was right oops]. They said they'd love to come back, and that he'd love to come back to ["As the Americans say BwAyNoSe AyRaYs"] and that he might look for a house there. (The synth/arpeggiator they use during the instrumental interlude is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard I hope they release it someday)

• The show ended with Comet Fireworks above the stage.

I wanted to ask, how many albums do you think Minor Inconvenience have released? Are they all studio albums? Names of them? And, do you think all of the boys have their own favorite album?

This took a while for me to answer bc M! is only half mine!! I had to get Mars' (the bestie @holocrypticdreamer if you're new around here :P) opinion too, gave us an EXCELLENT reason to talk about albums kdjhgkfjgh This might get long so I'm gonna put it under the cut, but before I do: thank you SO much for asking about them, band boys make my brain go brrrrr kxjhfgkfdjgh have a little kissaroo from me to you:

all of their albums and the type of albums they are in chronological order are as follows:

You Should Have Seen the Caution Signs - EP

This is their fist EP, probably unpolished but clearly showing potential! Blake and Fallon are the main songwriters when we start and will remain that way for the next few albums

Minor Inconvenience - debut studio album

Their first album! Mars describes it as "likely the most juvenile sounding, leaning into more pop punk/pop rock" and I have to agree. They're leaning to be a "real" band, you know? Not a garage band or one played out of a friend's basement, a band with gigs and shows and fans :)

Lethal Injection - second studio album

Leans more punk rock than the first did, maturing a bit, getting closer to the sound that will ultimately be seen as theirs

Fatal Flaw - third studio album

This album puts them on the MAP babey, top of their game, peak form M! here. Songwriting shifts heavily to being spearheaded by Icarus and Blake. You know how every band has an iconic album everyone knows? This is M!'s

Call of the Void - live album

Recorded during an international tour, this album captures the very last of Icarus' performances as a member of M! and he leaves the band the night it is recorded. You too can relive the last night Icarus Nikolau was the lead guitarist!

Majorly Convenient - compilation album

This album is released during what is known to fans as The Drought - a long hiatus in the wake of Icarus' departure as the band recuperates, finds a new lead guitarist, and settles into existing without the man who named them.

Angel Wings and Broken Things - fourth studio album

A comeback album! This one is written during The Drought and captures a similar feel to Lethal, but with a much more mature sound - and it's Kip's first album! Though the grief and anger expressed in this album, the songs actually written for it, feel more like something written for everyone in the band BUT Kip

Making a Name - fifth studio album

Finally, everyone has a bit of creative control here, Fallon has let go of it almost completely, and it results in a blooming of their creativity. This album really, truly belongs to all of M! and everyone gets at least one solo, at least one time to shine.

You and Me, Makes Us, Makes We ft. Flightless - sixth studio album

Affectionately called the reunion album. This is the end of the rift between M! and Icarus, he works with them on this album, performs with them, and it feels like they are whole

WHEW, that was a lot huh!! we talked a lot about the music that inspires what we think of when we imagine M!'s music (old p!atd, fob, mcr, paramore, set it off) and I'll be the first to say Mars has such good music opinions, imo, he is so correct so often skjdfhskjg

as for their favorites, I think my boys' opinions would look like this:

Kip: Making a Name (he finally felt in the band, like a real part of it, this was finally his band too, like he belonged there with them, like he wasn't just the guy standing in for Icarus. It wasn't just their band anymore, it was his too.)

Yasha: You and Me, Makes Us, Makes We (finally finally FINALLY, all of his friends, together and making their art, their whole family in one piece again, Yasha is thriving and nothing will bring them down ever fucking again)

Sterling: Fatal Flaw (he will always hold it so close to his heart, they found the sound they were looking for here and it felt like the greatest achievement in the world for them all. Yes, they've gotten even better since then in his opinion, but nothing will make him change his mind that that album truly is their core essence)

Icarus: You Should Have Seen the Caution Signs (Icarus will never shy from telling you all the other albums are better than their very first, that he was so sloppy in Caution and he can tell you everything wrong with it, give you an itemized fucking list, but his favorite is that damn EP. It brought them all together in the first place after all)
