I just keep thinking about the wildest fucking game I had last night like

the game sucked overall and we lost 1-3, but

that 1 was me going “fuck this” because we were dealing with the same diamond roadhog as we had the previous game and he and a Winston were just absolutely fucking us over

so I went Junkrat to counter them, even though everyone was like ??? that’s not a counter to those?

But we won that round, and the Hog switched off halfway during it, and the winston changed to a Zarya before the next round

and of course I had to change off because using Junkrat with a Zarya on the field is just asking to feed her, but when I first arrived at that point and saw her, and checked the board and realized she’d been the Winston, I was like

Someone changed characters to counter me. When I was playing Junkrat.

and that was one of the more validating moments of my life.
