I couldn't stop thinking about an AU where Daniel resorts to gathering vitae again, this time to 'cure' Hazel, after his Brennenburg adventure💫, thoughts all mainly derived from this loadscreen text that tells us that Hazel is still in hospice care by the time the game's story began.

As much as I love Daniel, I don't think he really learned all that much from his experience even in the most charitable ending towards him in which he saves Agrippa. I can very, VERY easily see him slipping back into old ways if it meant saving Hazel. The most he seems to approach viewing torture as bad is when he realizes he himself no longer counts as an innocent so he can't justify killing others to save himself anymore. But killing no good, horrible, bad people to save HAZEL? Now, we're cooking with gas 😀 💀

Sweetpaw (later Sweethazel) is Mousewhisker’s little sister. They were the only two kits to survive their mother’s litter so they have a very special bond. Sweethazel has chronic greencough that makes her very weak, and she usually can’t walk. When she gets better she’ll receive her warrior name :3 she looks almost identical to Mousewhisker except for her lighter coat and lack of stripes.

Whitesky is the deputy of Bunkerclan under Thistlestar. This confused the clan because while Whitesky is a skilled and respected warrior he hasn’t truly done anything in his life to earn that title. He’s very devoted to StarClan and follows their word before anyone else’s. Everyone would have preferred Brightflame cause Whitesky mostly just is mean and bosses people around

i feel like the missed opertunity of feral percy in SON will forever limmited to the small amount of fanfiction i can find like, percys earliest memories becuse of the amnesia will be lupa and the wolves and being taught the way of the wolf and how to operate as a pack or die trying. like percy ripping out peoples throats or or growling at mars and octavian.

i'm doing a rewrite where hazel and nico are the ones who get camp-swapped and given amnesia. it's a very self-indulgent au bc neither of them are attached enough to their respective camps for this to serve the larger story but i DO like giving them amnesia. bc out of all the characters i think these two would actually be much happier and healthier without their memories. like they would be upset about having amnesia but otherwise be chillin. which makes it more fun when they DO remember what happened to them. like:

with amnesia: aw man this sucks

with memories: AHHHH GO BACK

more hazel sketches bc i need to get used to drawing her for other comics. i want her to have some similar features to daniel, mainly the nose, but i also don't want her to just look like daniel with long hair. we're getting there 💀

hazel is a dear and daniel only ever remembers her positively in the load screens BUT she's also a 15 year old stuck in a hospital room all day and her brother is a king of dumbassery on occasion so i like to think hazel roasts daniel good when he's asking for it lol

no because i am thinking about daniel who gradually takes his father's traits(and doesn't notice it) as he gets older so it is not always clear if he is so agressive because of his repressed anger or because he is his father's son and obviously he lashes out on hazel sometimes making her as scared as she is when their father screams. at daniel and beats him but i do not think daniel ever did it or did but it was very rare of him so she even gets scared that he will beat her because he seems uncontrollable at the moment of rage especially if he is drunk(which means everyone will die because i think his behaviour sometimes becomes even more similar to his father's behaviour after consuming alcohol) but unlike his dad daniel is able to ask for forgiveness after his breakdowns and hazel always forgives her brother because she understands that he loves and cares for her way more than their own parents and he tries not to be agressive even if he is dead tired or very very irritated because he doesn't want to become his father and to hurt his little sister who depends on him
