Y’know. Sometimes the habit of narrating to myself kinda forced me to notice things. Like that I’m in more pain than realized
#hands this to burger bc he narrates. and also I think is bad at self awareness#sometimes u go ‘why is my body so determined to not be kind to me’ and then go ah. i don’t default to kindness over behaving unless it’s Bad#and then once that’s picked up on it’s like. oh I’ve really managed to not notice a whole assload huh#anyhow as much as i like laying on my side. holy shit sometimes laying on my back is the only reasonable option
