Building the Gundam Lfrith Solid Clear edition!

I'm really loving it so far, the colors look amazing, not only the clear parts, but the white and dark parts look really good in hand.

Can't wait to panel line/decal.

After lurking around on this platform for months I’ve finally decided that I should at least start posting some of my already existing content onto Tumblr. This specific drawing is part of a series where I experimented with taking photographs of gunpla kits I own and posed up to see how it would translate into a digital drawing, this one was based on my High Grade Gundam LFRITH if it wasn’t obvious enough. While it isn’t the best, this upcoming work should be leagues better once I actually finish it. This isn’t the only kind of art I make, as there’s other styles I’ve experimented with because I suck at making conventional art. Anyways, hopefully the algorithm treats me nicely here but if not then it’s to the surprise of nobody.

HG 1/144 (P-Bandai) Gundam Lfrith Jiu

My first P-Bandai kit!!! I was really lucky to pick this up from an official Australian hobby store, as the price for ordering from overseas is quite inflated, especially trying to get it via eBay or similar.

Lfrith Jiu is actually from a side-manga from the Witch from Mercury series called Vanadis Heart, which is why it isn't part of the normal WFM release.

This kit is really poseable, as it doesn't have any large moving parts or a backpack, and the giant arm unit (the Tiger Hand) is super manouverable and looks really cool. The pink details on the fingers are beam emitters and can shoot as well as emitting a blade.

Lfrith Jiu has been one of my favorite kits since the official kit was announced, mostly due to its creative shell unit and head/face design, with the face created through permet markings.

I guess I really have to read Vanadis Heart now.

It appears I can't even go on holiday without acquiring gunpla.

Built my first ever model kit/Gunpla!!

It was a really fun experience and I haven’t been this proud of something in a while lol- I’m new to the hobby so it’s not as pretty/cool as other people’s online but I still want to share it^^

My fingers hurt but damn is it worth it. She’s so pretty and cute 😭😭 AND ALSO SMALL-
