A Portuguese Grape Ale that connects the world of wine and craft beer of Minho region. For the use of 30% of wine must of the Alvarinho variety and 70% of barley malt wort and fermentation with Saison yeast. The complexity increases with a later stage of 12months in Alvarinho wine barrels

Voor het eerst hebben we een Portugese brouwerij in de shop staan en daar zijn we toch een beetje trots op deze grape ale heeft twaalf maanden gerijpt op wijnvaten met dertig procent druifmost.

Do you already know @orcabrau from Nürnberg? Felix vom Endt runs his own brewery there since 2017. It's great to see that a young brewer from Germany has the courage to brew everything possible, from traditional beers to experimental styles. I especially liked the 'Naitaka', an elegant wild ale fermented with fresh vineyard peaches. And also the 'Riesling Grapeale', a funky Golden ale aged on freshly picked riesling grapes from @olingerwein was excellent. I bought both bottles in the great bottle store @lagerlagerberlin. Long Christmas break

Well, after an exceptionally long break I have returned. I have had my Grape Belgian conditioning in the bottle now for a month and a half. I has finally started to loose some of the extra sweetness left in the beer. I still think it needs some time before it is where it needs to be. I'll keep you posted
