it's funny cos i was actually talking to my friends earlier about how ribbing/teasing can be totally fine amongst friends (or from fans directed at ccs) if it's affectionate and relatively harmless, but sometimes things can go too far and feel a little... mean. like, maybe we can talk about our peers and faves in more positive terms more often. less playful rudeness, less obsession with driving in how pathetic someone is. cos yeah, a lot of the time it's just a joke! it's not that serious! no one's getting hurt! ... but it kind of compounds, yknow? sometimes it's nice to be... nice
