𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆… 𝐌𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑, 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐀 𝐃𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐅

❝ Long before Prince - soon to be King - Ben had seen fit to bring four villain kids to Auradon from the Isle of the Lost, Greta had been the original outcast at Auradon Prep. The daughter of Grumpy, that famously cantankerous dwarf who had helped Snow White defeat her evil stepmother, Greta certainly lived up to her father's name. Despite the best efforts of her uncles to instill a more positive personality in her while she was growing up, her outlook on life had still turned out to be a spitting image of her father's: pessimistic, sarcastic, unsympathetic, and, well... grumpy.

And, as could be expected in a land that was meant to be as happily-ever-after blissful as Auradon, this did not exactly make Greta very popular among her peers. Never mind that most of the princesses and princes she went to school with weren't actually half as nice as they seemed - Greta wore her sarcasm and impatience with stupid people on her sleeve, rather than hiding it behind false cheery smiles, so she was the black sheep, the girl her fellow students either hid from when she walked past or talked about in stage whispers when she was around. The only people who even attempted to be nice to her were Prince Ben and her cousins - especially Doug, who appreciated the protection Greta's fearsome scowl sometimes afforded him - and though Greta did appreciate them, there were also times when she wanted to just shake all of them and tell them firmly to stop pitying her, she was fine.

Except... she wasn't, not really - or at least not as much as she wanted everyone else to think. It wasn't that she actually wanted to make friends - or at least not with the prissy princesses and jock princes who would only be fair-weather friends at best. There were just times when it got to be too much, all the whispers and snide comments and younger students ducking around corners when they saw her coming. Times when Greta wished for companionship, for friends that weren't her relatives or the future king who felt sorry for her. Times when she thought she would have done anything just for someone to hang out with and talk to, someone who would smile at her genuinely and talk to her without derision or fear.

And when Ben decided to bring some villain kids over from the Isle of the Lost, Greta finally got that. Here were four people who understood what it was like to be outcasts, who held the same amount of disdain for Auradon's pretty and perfect façade as her. (Or at least three of them did, but Greta couldn't help finding Evie's constant awe at everything in Auradon kind of cute.) The bond between Greta and the group of VKs formed quickly, and when Mal decided to let her in on their mission to steal Fairy Godmother's wand and open the barrier to the Isle of the Lost, it didn't take Greta long at all to agree - how could she not, when the only people who'd ever wanted to be her friends were seeking to get rid of the model of society that had done nothing but reject her?

But as their plan continues to unfold and the VKs find themselves forming new bonds in Auradon, Greta also finds herself building a better relationship with the peers she thought all hated and feared her. However, she remains committed to the plan to steal the wand... only, as she makes more friends and starts to open up a little and even starts to fall in love with the daughter of the woman who almost killed her father, uncles, and godmother, that commitment becomes more tangled, more complicated, harder to stick to but also harder to back out of.

As Ben's coronation draws nearer and nearer, Greta finds herself forced to make a choice: will she and the VKs decide to shed their reputations and finally embrace Auradon... or will they unleash a whole Isle of Villains and prove what so many people think - that they really are rotten to the core? ❞

Millie Poppins was, without a doubt, reckless.

She figured it was due to the fact that her mother was Mary Poppins. Perhaps her father, who was a man from London named Bert, who was a jack-of-all-trades, also had a part to play, teaching her to always enjoy life to the max. Either way, she was reckless and the whole damn town of Auradon knew it.

When one of her pranks goes wrong, her mother knew it was right time she enrolled her mischievous daughter to Auradon Prep, but unfortunately straight-away due to her reputation - Millie felt like an outcast for the first time in her life. She made of the most of her school years playing pranks on those who piss her off like she loved to do, especially on Audrey, the daughter of Sleeping Beauty.

Soon the kindhearted son of Queen Belle and King Beast saw an opportunity to pair her up with the shy daughter of the fairy godmother named Jane Godmother, to help her build up her confidence. Millie thought this might’ve been meant to be - after all, her godmother was named Jane Banks. Something that never even crossed her mind was falling in love with her new friend in the meanwhile.

OC HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE 2023. day twenty-three - october 23rd. The Apocalypse Is The Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me.

What if the VK's are unable to defeat Maleficent at the end of the first Descendants movie? What if the villains take over Auradon, disowning their traitor children and hunting them down? Auradon has turned into an apocalyptic land, and Rain Gothel is a 15-year-old lost princess on the run with the king of an overtaken land.

(Trope: Apocalyptic) Just as everything must begin, it also must end. This, unfortunately, includes humanity. What will happen when the world as your oc knows it ends, when that world goes from millions of people to tens or perhaps even one? Will they be forced to adapt, doomed to die, or perhaps even thrive?

there weren’t fairies on the isle. fairies weren’t ‘evil’, weren’t ‘villains’; they got an utter free pass to avoid the isle of the lost completely.

twyla lune had gotten bored of her life in neverland. a light talent fairy, raised up by the pirate fairy herself zarina, twyla longed for adventure beyond neverland’s edge. second star to the right and straight on ‘til morning, she knew that was the way in, the way out must be the opposite.

brought up under the wings of experimenter zarina, twyla knows just how much power fairy dust can wield. a little fairy magic and she find herself right through the barrier and heading towards the shore of the isle.

it’s every bit as exciting as she imagined, and more dangerous than she could have ever thought. a run in with her new friend’s father, the all-too-familiar captain hook, lands her captured and almost ends in her death.

to protect herself, she must leave the isle again, but she promises to return to the friends she’d quickly grown to love. as it turns out, neverland has one last adventure for her up it’s sleeve in the form of lost treasure: the cantata necklace.

❝ Sebastian had never truly belonged in Auradon. He’d always known that, and it seemed that everyone around him knew it as well - but no one could ever decide where exactly he did belong. His parents, Queen Snow White and her loving husband King Florian, had seen their son’s constant dreamy expression and creative talents and gently teased that he must have come from Neverland, that place of never-ending youth and daydreams. His fellow Auradon High students, after getting a glimpse of the prince’s mischievous side and clever pranks, had hissed with venom in their voices that he belonged on the Isle of the Lost, where the land’s worst villains and their lackeys had been transported after the formation of the United States of Auradon. Generally, his teachers and other adults would conclude that his true place was somewhere between the two extremes, a non-existent haven where he would be free to dream all he liked and let that glint of wickedness behind his eyes truly shine.

But no matter where people thought he truly belonged, one thing was always the same: people in general seemed to think that the prince of Charmington was an outsider to his home country. He’d never had any true friends, not even as a child, and even now that he was in high school, his only companions were Jane, the Fairy Godmother’s shy daughter, and occasionally Prince Ben, determined as that boy was to make everyone feel accepted. Normally it didn’t bother Sebastian - he was more than happy to be left alone with his drawings and written stories - but every so often he would find himself wondering what it might be like to have some friends who understood him, who saw all of his flaws and eccentricities and stayed by his side despite them.

His wish had been granted when Ben, as his first official act as king, had decided to bring four villain children off the Isle of the Lost to attend school in Auradon. Sebastian had found his place among these fellow outsiders, with their brightly-colored hair and leather clothes, and now, almost a year after the four VKs first arrived in Auradon, it was a rare moment when Snow White’s son couldn’t be seen drawing in peaceful silence with Mal, acting as a mannequin for Evie’s latest designs, or helping Jay and Carlos run through their tourney or R.O.A.R. plays.

And when three new villain kids step through the doors of Auradon Prep - ones who, just weeks ago, had placed a spell on the teenage king and attempted to wreck havoc on the entire country - something further clicks into place for Sebastian. The quartet of VKs are his friends, no question, and they make him feel genuinely cared about and protected… but Uma, Harry, and Gil are something else. There is something about being around them, talking to them and soaking in their presence, that makes Sebastian feel more at peace than he ever has in his life. And though it takes some time, the three teenage pirates begin to feel comfortable around the prince as well, bringing him into their little trio in a way they swear they wouldn’t do for anyone else.

This arrangement is the best thing to ever happen to Sebastian, but there are two significant problems with it - the first being that the VKs, who have been rivals with the pirates for years, are not at all happy about Sebastian spending time with them, and the second being that Sebastian has started to develop deeper feelings for Auradon’s newest arrivals… all three of them.

Sebastian does not want to lose the VKs. They are the truest and most welcoming friends he has ever known, and he would be lost without them. But at the same time, he isn’t sure if he is willing to give up the three people who are starting to feel like home to him. ❞

If you were to divide up the world of descendants into like- I don't want to say kingdoms- maybe territories- what all would you put into it?

Like to me, Auradon would be one, Then maybe Arandelle... Camelot? Sherwood forest, after the barrier comes down I think The Isle would be one.

Any other suggestions? Do you disagree with any?

The Trees Have Eyes

Shadows of the trees cast illusions, the cracking of sticks cause hairs on the back of your neck stand. The wind howls which sounds of a voice, and the birds no longer sing. The woods are creepy, desolate, and you find yourself lost in the sea of their trunks. What happens when your ocs are stuck in the woods?
