Hello friends, we are at it again with another classic. It is called Pour Monsour Concentree by @chanelofficial, and it's a real classic. You get something really clean and fresh with orange , petitgrain, and then a young lavender comes through. There is a bit of sensuality with this fragrance with dry fresh woodiness from nutmeg and charm from cardemom. I get little of the vanilla, but some incense and playful vetiver create a refined yet approachable feel. This is simply a likable, well crafted fragrance that is almost magnetic. The sad thing is that this is not long-lasting and likely reformulated. This lasts 5 hours only gives good performance. That being said, this is very respectable and enjoyable. The concentree is fresher and less green version with less performance than the origanol. What do you think about this fragrance ? Citrus in the winter, what the heck, yes. Wear whatever you want and i did even though it might not be perfect, I was just feeling some citrus and a aquatic vibe. The sun came out so the watery Grapefruit, clean neroli and herbacous rosemary sang to me. I love the little nuances of orange and maybe even gin here. The musky cedar and fresh amber help everything come together in the dry down. Little things like Petitgrain for a cotton feel, salt and Seaweed add to the little complexities here that make this such a successful release. People have complained about it's longevity, but it does as well as any other aquatic. Longevity 5 to 6 hours and average projection, but this is a complimented fragrance for sure.
