(still letterboxd anon LOL) we love so many of the same movies, so maybe youve seen these, but if you havent!! some i definitely recommend are everything everywhere all at once (!!!), shutter island (not horror but not not horror?) all of jordan peeles movies ESPECIALLY us and get out, y tu mama tambien, minari, suspiria, all about lily chou chou, fallen angels, being john malkovich, thoroughbreds (!!) single white female, whiplash, and palm springs (kinda stupid but light and gave me a chuckle)

ouh out of those ive seen shutter island, us, get out, and i actually saw thoroughbreds TODAY!!!! it make me fucking crazy bananas i think it rearranged some of my braincells. sometimes a movie is two weird teenage girls planning to murder a fuckass stepdad

suspiria, everything everywhere all at once, y tu mama tambien, being john malkovich, and whiplash are all already on my to watch list!! i obviously gotta get on that, and I've added the other ones you've mentioned :D
