Assorted fly lore!! (pt.1)

“Everyone's been gone for a while.. think I'm able to finally get some rest..? Yeah.. just a little nap..”

The cryptid curled up into ball in the void he called "his timeline." He knew it wasn't his. It was never his. Never has been, and never will be. This place was much too empty to belong to him. A creature so full of life. It wouldn't make sense for him to own a place so cold, would it? Time moves slow in this place. So very, very slow. He's been waiting to make sure he doesn't miss anyone. To make sure everyone's curiosities are answered.

He knows how easily he can just move on to another timeline. He could go back to McFazbenders, spend some time with his father and siblings. He could go to his dad's hotel and finally investigate that basement he's heard so much about. Yet, he chooses to wait.

William finally falls asleep, after a few minutes of letting his mind wander. Falling asleep brings dreams to him almost instantly on rare occasions. Suppose now is one of the rare occasions.
