まぁすごく地味です。小さいし。

でもこういう熱帯の林床に咲く花は「見事だな」「綺麗だな」ではなくてよりも「かわいらしい」「なんだかうれしい」みたいなほっこり感でいいんです。

もちろんラフレシアやらジンジャーやら、見事な花の咲く植物を否定しているわけではありません。

もちろんあれはあれですごいし、実際に見てみたいとさえ思う。

しかしながらこういう小さな下草が小さな花を咲かせていることに、山野草的な侘び寂びを感じてみてもいいんじゃないでしょうか。

つって本種の葉については詫び寂び感ないですけど。
