I used to dread drywall sanding but like anything having the right tools helps. Here are a couple tools that have made my sanding days easy. If you are on a budget, the Mirka Grip Faced Abranet Vac Block is the best $25 you will ever spend. If you are ready to spend more, the Festool ETS 125 is a great tool for under $200. Next up would be the Mirka Deros, its dust collection is far superior to the ETS but at $595 it's a big step up. The Festool Planex would be my next move up but only if you are doing enough drywall to justify the $1200. Obviously you would need a dust extractor and the Festool MIDI is my favorite by far at $560.
