It had been a month since I started Fenfast. At first it was difficult to be hungry, but after about three weeks my stomach shrunk and now I'm always hungry.

Before I would go to the grocery store every two days for cereal bars and yogurt, but now that is all I eat- cereal bars and yogurt. Even with this little food in my diet, over time the pounds are melting away! It feels like magic because when you look at me from above it looks like there's no stomach at all!
