today is an extra special testosterone tuesday bc i did my own shot for the first time today!!
#personal#ive been going to my doctors office every week to have it done by a nurse#but my new insurance isnt fully covering those visits and honestly its a time suck#i got an auto injector which makes it much less anxiety-inducing and honestly painless!#feeling very proud of myself for working through my needle phobia and gaining a new sense of independence
