Friends requested a flying type eeveelution (and more), never really thought on how to go about one since i usually get stuck on the second stage of fan starters when I try a pokemon region project lol
figure that they're main ability is protean and has the potential to learn several different elemental move types (especially themed around different kinds of weather). If an NPC were to have one they'd probs be the mascot pokemon of a weatherman

SWAMORA - The Puukkojunkkari Pokémon
Swamora will fight anyone and anything. Its fierce nature makes it hard to train and some regions have banned it from official teams. Poachers sell its feathers for a high price - both because they make great kitchen knives and because they are very hard to obtain.
I was given the idea of making the most Finnish Pokémon possible by combining one iconic animal and one iconic object - swan being the Finnish national bird and the puukko knife (not just any knife mind you) being a very characteristic Finnish item. "Mora" is another name for this type of knife. What's more the patterns and colours were inspired by both various puukko knife designs and a very famous Jussi-shirt. The shiny design is my favourite.
I hope you like this very tongue-in-cheek design! It turned out way too good for just a joke. What can I say, I give my best even for shits and giggles.

Filchette and Snagpie are based off of magpies, birds characterized for being thieves - specifically the Black-billed Magpie that lives in the Rocky Mountains. These Pokemon have either the ability Frisk or Pickpocket and learn moves like Knock Off, Brave Bird, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, U-Turn and Tailwind.
