Jayu Park or Freedom Park - the first modern and western style park in Korea. This park also offers spectacular views of downtown Incheon. If you are lucky enough, this is one of the places to visit when you want to see cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, it got delayed during my visit tho. Still you will be amazed on how beautiful this place is. Definitely will visit again. Wolmi Island - this place was bombed during Korean war and killed almost a hundred of civilians and North Korean soldiers. An Army base was established at this site of what became Wolmi Park (월미공원) after the base's relocation. Remember the first few scenes of the drama ‘Descendants of the Sun (DOTS)’ where Captain Yoo Si-jin and Sergeant Major Seo Dae-young played in a shooting range and won the iconic DOTS soft toys? The shooting range is actually a part of an amusement park here in #wolmidoisland Well I played their dart game and won a penguin plushie hahaha! The place feels old but you will still see a lot of kids having fun.
