if my colecovision arrives and doesnt work its over for me ive already went down the rabbit hole watching tons of footage of games and stuff and basically just unintentionally hyping myself up a ton and am already fantasizing abt playing games on it while listening to dancers of bali and my moog records.. oh and of course herbie hancocks mr hands.. UGH it better work

#i mean it said it does but like judging from other listings it seems its common more for them to be broken in some way than to be working #also hoping that my 7800 gamepad works perfectly with it #it also should from what ive read online but also im just a worry wart #but like goddddd if it does work and everything i seriosuly think itll be write up there with the famicom in terms of favorite consoles #like it just having such strong arcade ports from that golden era of arcade games in the u.s.#and like having tons of games sorta documenting that interlap between japanese developed games and u.s. ones like williams electronics games #even tho its missing some games not counting fan made ports that are way too overpriced it still has a very strong library #what it lacks in not including some classics it makes up for in just how consistently good the ports on it seem compared to the competition #literally blown away seeing what the galaxian port looked like like i had to look up to make sure it wasnt like a a recent homebrew or smthn
