i myself have obsessed over a taylor swift album from time to time and i KNOW she has the potential to write great lyrics she's done it before but i really don't get the urge to paint her as the ultimate lyricist of our lifetimes when hozier is literally right there

#even folklore and evermore have nothing in comparison to wasteland baby #to say nothing of unreal unearth. and its not even that folklorevermore are BAD theyre phenomenal in tons of aspects #she's just. she is not the best in the industry #and i know i know these are wildly different genres / tones / styles of music but speaking #purely in terms of raw lyricism and talent and craft. artistic vision. you know who is better #mine #music #taylor swift #hozier
