Netflix series Yu Yu Hakusho POP UP STORE in Marui
After announcing the Yu Yu Haksuho BATTLE ~ POP UP STORE in Marui, another POP UP is scheduled to take place during the same period, in an adjacent space. However, this one is based on the Netflix series and will be selling goods of the actors: Takumi Kitamura (Yusuke Urameshi), Jun Shison (Kurama), Kanata Hongo (Hiei), and Shuhei Uesugi (Kazuma Kuwabara).
I honestly prefer anime/manga merch, but it's awesome they are including the Netflix series as well. The fans, specially of Kitamura and Shison, must be in heaven!

Here is where I sit with my hormones and HRT. Because my healthcare provider is horrible ass on a good day (read my missive on getting my records and making appointments, shots, etc.) I DIY which I do NOT recommend for anyone.
Before the offer came, I spoke with a nurse at one of the doctors who a lot of transgender women go to for HRT. It was great. She listened and was shocked at how bad my healthcare is here. Recommended which insurance type to get. Primary care physicians. The whole 9 yards.
When the first offer backed out I was near the end of my hormones so I let it pass because the whole bit with time to delivery from order, etc. I have baseball cards and coins in the same position that need to be graded. Some things have to wait.
Sucks but sometimes you have to work through it.
As I look at my health plan options it hits me that the EPO or recommended option for informed consent is roughly $270 a month more than an HMO. That is before we get into antiboyotics.
Looks like I will go HMO until the end of the year until I work out all the details. Fine with me. A pain in the butt but it will give me time to get settled, business back up and running, car, housing, etc.
Also gives me the opportunity to do a deeper dive into health plans and how much they cover. Informed consent options. Referrals. Costs of femme’n’m’s. The whole nine yards. I know who I want as my physician. I just need to get on the path to get there.
As long as I know points A and B I can work out the details.
Life lesson for working out issues. If you know the problem and solution, you just need to put the pieces together.
Typical Monday. Dollar store and post office. Played pubg. Nuggies for dinner. Name is a callback to the lore.
Edit: it was a 4 kill win. I suck at ar’s so I switched to my dmr for the win. LOL.
My grip game is ass.

2022 in review
So 2022 has been a fantastic year to me.
A lot has happened within the year, and looking back at it, I couldn't believe how much has happened. Here are some highlights on what has happened.
January: I started my 2nd ask blog (3rd Character blog in total) called @theskyesfamily which I co-own with @askhazelmistblog.
February: My birthday happened on this month, which lead to a huge collab between @whirlwindflux @aerialaim @alazak @ask-summer-epos and @askhugsworthy making a goofy calendar for me. As well as getting to meet @crypkit who is an amazing friend ^^. And even the creation of @feed-pickles-to-creature .
March: This month really lead me to start making more lore, which lead me to creating Fell (which a lot of people here love).
April: This month was a quiet one. Surprisingly, nothing much happened.
May: The two highlights of this month to me were the mean Anon that Flux had, which lead to an uprising to the Anon, and @doeblossom with their amazing YouTube video!
June: This month was iconic! It was the month were I FINALLY got to meet @whirlwindflux mod in person at Whinny City Pony Con after troubles on meeting at Ciderfest due to Covid restrictions. As well as @theblindfoldedprince witnessing my weakness to Fall Damage.
July: Art Fight! ART FIGHT! ART FIGHT!
August: The fun moment where I challenged @dawns-laboratory and then proceeded with Jojo references, as well as the iconic Mod Face Reveal from many amazing blogs.
September: The chaos that was @askinquiry mods art stream chat, @doeblossom (apparently) having rabies, and Doe drawing our friend group as Disney Princesses.
October: @ask-the-prototypes mod and I basically being twins, and @daintydoilypon violent hissing.
November: Ciderfest 2022 with @whirlwindflux and @askhugsworthy mod!!!! Oh the fun shenanigans we did at that con! ^^ As well as @unlocktheaskblog video on the Ask Blog Ultimate Showdown (and meme videos), and finally, Anonball 2022.
December: The season of sending packages and cards to friends, and the ultimate wave of Porn Bots (which we are still dealing with now).
This year has been a very busy one. It's been amazing on all the friends I got to meet and hang with.
I wish to tag more people here, but then this post would go on forever! You all are amazing!
I even passed 400 followers! Wooh!!!
Here's to 2023!

I've worked in healthcare for the past 5 years, clerical side, mainly in either HIM or insurance related areas.
One thing that angers me, why's it gotta be so stupidly intricate. And I dont mean the usual lashings insurance gets for their rules being convoluted and denying shit for no reason (AKA, reasons that are just byproducts of the larger annoyance I'm about to mention). I mean the fact that they're splintered into smaller little cluster fucks, which imo is the root of what causes a lot of criticisms.
Like Anthem. Oh I have both personal & professional (contracted on twice and never again) experience with them. They are on my shit list So I'm picking on them as my example. The average lay person, they're like oh I got benefits from my job, its Anthem, cool.
Except, that's not a thing. No no. Not only because Anthem no longer exists (now Elevance Health), but because insurance companies dont just offer one plan. There is no one "Anthem" insurance. They offer a shit ton of separate policies. And I'm not talking PPO or EPO or HMO - no, entire policies that are broken down into those types. So if an office takes Anthem, that doesnt mean they take the Anthem policy you have. It's not hard to imagine this could lead to problems, like denials.
Now let me introduce where this turns into even more of a clusterfuck. My current job offers AmeriBen. Now, if you're anything like me, you might be wondering "who the fuck is Ben?" because that certainly was my first question. I dont know who Ben is, but whoever he is, I hope he is on fire right now because this level complication should not exist.
AmeriBen, to put it simply, has the same network as Blue Cross Blue Shield. They are a company that works with BCBS(Anthem) to process claims. I dont know why they need to exist, because fuck you that's why. If you cant imagine the problems this may cause, let me set the stage. You call a doctor that contracts with BCBS. You're like "hey I have ameriben". The receptionist will ask "ok, we dont take that, who the fuck is Ben". So then you have to explain that yes you do take this insurance. Many frontend workers/receptionists in offices may not know the intricacies of this bullshit either. And I'm not saying that to talk shit on them, but from what I've experienced as someone who goes to a lot of doctors. I am lucky enough to have the background to be able to explain to these people thoroughly how my insurance works, but not everyone has that luxury. Shit, if you call the number on the back of your card (member services), I know first hand that chances are, they dont either. I was the only person on the team that had a background in insurance and could thoroughly explain things to people. The customer service, 8 times out of 10, is just using fake confidence to sound like they know enough to help you because thats what they were taught to do even if it can and has resulted in expensive mistakes.
