her junior year, things got a little too out of hand at a party – skylar unable to drive herself home so naturally she called austin to save her

the two got in a fight, austin running a red light & never making it through the crash

skylar was left with the guilt & a broken wrist, which healed with the time. the guilt tho … yikes !

her family found different ways of coping – her father throwing himself into his job, her mother exploiting her grief by writing a self guided book to getting through a loss, & skylar found solace in liquor

no but really she found that adrenaline inducing late night adventures, drinking, & smoking distracted her enough from the guilt ; it made her more emotionless & immune to the feelings of being a mistake ; she’s never alone

it’s why she took up vlogging, the idea of someone caring about her day even if she couldn’t see them enough to ease her loneliness ( highkey, skylar’ vlogs are inspired by david dobrik so pls don’t @ me or report me ... he’d sue )

skylar prides herself on being one of the best drug dealers around … selling colorful pills in tic tac containers ; it’s no fun hitting rock bottom without people to join

although skylar gets high, her choice of sin will always be alcohol – a slave to the most common psychologic disorder of her age group

BACKGROUND ( TL;DR )

xavier comes from a wealthy family that owns manufacturing and licensing companies for HUGE skate apparel brands ( vans, odd future, burton, obey, etc. )

he’s been a troublemaker since inception. even as a kid, he’s been in trouble with his private schools for starting playground fights, stealing school supplies, and even pulling off a few elaborate pranks.

TW: DWI / DRUGS / VIOLENCE since high school, he’s been in trouble for driving while intoxicated, property damage, possession, assault, and has been suspended for truancies and rough housing. all of which gets swept under the rug by his parents.

xavier is a competitive skater, who is sponsored by exclusive brands. he’s won a few prominent competitions but has no plans of pursuing it as a future career.

with a little over a half a million instagram followers, it’s easy to collect ad revenue and support the brands his parents help create and mass produce. in fact, xavier doesn’t really imagine doing anything else but this after high school.

known for his parties that are project x style. throws one every few weeks, where trouble is bound to start.

he is a political activist and extremely talented artist. no one really know who’s behind some of the art that shows up on white walls around the town, but xavier isn’t afraid to boast when asked about it. given his knack for spray painting, he has considered applying to art school but hasn’t committed to anything. he’s leaving things up in the air during his gap year.

PERSONALITY

xavier would hate to admit it, but he’s actually pretty s*ft. he is extremely loyal to his friends and would do just about anything for them.

he is fairly sensitive and somewhat of a minefield. one wrong move and BOOM! he has an extremely short fuse, which means that he can be set off pretty easy. he loves to fight and argue and will do just about anything to get tensions to rise.

TW: DRUGS extremely amazing artist, huge skater, and even bigger pothead. loves all things that cause trouble and loves to throw parties. he has a surprising stash of alcohol and drugs especially for the ragers he throws.

has a very particular style. consists of black dickies, vibrant socks, graphic tees, skate shoes, and graphic print button ups. loves anything that’s remotely strange in the fashion world.

even though he’s an extreme rule breaker ( chaotic evil to the MAX ), he also has a sense of morals that he sticks to. there are certain things that he just doesn’t tolerate, and he’s willing to go to war for them and the people he loves.

seems super unapproachable, but actually fairly charismatic. he’s pretty funny and intellectual when he wants to be. very much a class clown, and doesn’t mind sparking small talk. nevertheless, catch him in the wrong mood and forget it.

actually very smart. although his gpa doesn’t reflect that, he knows economics and marketing pretty well from his parents.

WANTED CONNECTIONS

first off, for those who play MILES, CATALINA, FINN & CLARA -- i’ll be comin’ to you so that we can work out the logistics of our pre-established connections. below are connections i’d like besides those ( which can be filled by ANYONE ) !!

FIRST TIME: i imagine this could go one of two ways: (1) they had a one night stand to just get it over with at a party or something or (2) they were getting serious and xavier genuinely wanted his first to be special.

NEIGHBOR: someone he’s lived next to since a little kid. they could’ve been really close, but grown apart. or maybe they’ve never really been extremely close, but hangout on his roof every once and a while.

UNREQUITED: someone he’s extremely s*ft for but doesn’t explicity say that he is. he’d never admit it, but there is something more there.

GOOD INFLUENCE: someone that sees beyond his bad boy exterior and recognizes that he’s actually a real good person. keeps pushing the limit to get him to open up. as much as xavier complains, they mean a lot to him.

not to be too cliche but i’d say her standing in the school is really similar to serena van der woodsen n brooke davis but most of my inspo for her comes from haley from modern family ?? like everyone knows she’s not the type to settle down and that she loves the attention and also has her self-destructive tendencies shes also got a lil bit of veronica sawyer from heathers in her as well ;)

when cat was 11 she and her brother caught her mom cheating on her dad and soon she left the house, leaving the kids and her dad behind and ta da ... hella trust issues now

she’ll find it really hard to open up completely to people limiting it to the smallest amount as possible coughs skylar only coughs, most ppl would only really see the confident persona she puts on

alright .... my boy , preston

let’s start with his fam . his dad , elliot , is a renowned plastic surgeon ( he’s prob given half of ur muses’ moms botox lbr ) and his mom , theresa , is a famous fashion designer . due to her job , his mom travels a lot and his parents bicker quite a bit about how absent she is a lot of the time , but somehow they’ve stuck it through 31 years of marriage and pres loves and idolizes them for it .

theresa and elliot had 3 amazingly brilliant kids : serena , preston , and caitlin . because theresa travels a lot , elliot had to pick up the slack and has always tried his hardest to be a good father but , bless his heart , he’s very clueless when it comes to simple household chores like cooking and cleaning so preston and his sisters all learned very quickly how to care for themselves and each other , and the three of them eventually adopted their own roles within the soung household :

serena , being the eldest at 21 , is the mature mother figure . she’s the best listener out of the three , has the biggest heart , and has bandaged most of preston’s wounds from his crazy antics . it was no surprise that rena moved on to excel in nursing school after high school . she now lives in manhattan and works as a nurse in the er , but she visits often and is always a phone call away .

caitlin , 15 years old , is the housekeeper . she was always that little kid who loved her toy broom and had a knack for knowing just how to get that stain out of the run before dad got home ( because the maids would surely tattle if they asked for help ) . she’s recently adopted a love for interior design and likes to move the furniture around the house , and as annoying as it is , preston can’t help but admit that his lil sis has an eye for design .

preston is the entertainment and chef . he was practically born with a smile on his face and it’s hardly disappeared since . half the time his sisters find him beyond annoying because they’re the best victims for his latest pranks , but they usually break into a smile in the end . plus it helps that they know he’ll whip up an exquisite dinner later that night .

no one really knows where his talent and passion for cooking came from — neither of his parents are very good in the kitchen — but somehow young preston found himself in the soung household’s beautiful , grand kitchen watching the chef his parents hired whip up dinner and he was mesmerized .

since then , his parents have stopped needing to hire a chef to cook for their family because preston’s biggest hobby has become finding and cooking new recipes in his comfort zone : the kitchen . his pinterest is absolutely filled with recipes he wants to try and put his own spin on , his instagram feed is 90% food , and his bookshelves are stacked with recipe books .

his dream is to become a professional chef and basically be the next gordon ramsay ( aka his #mancrushmonday ) but for now he’s settling for working as a line cook at mel’s diner ( sure , mommy and daddy have money but preston’s never been the spoiled-rotten type and he’s never been keen on relying on their credit cards )

he is 100% in no rush to grow up though . he’s truly a child at heart and is determined to enjoy his youth while it lasts .

preston is without a doubt the chandler of the group . 90% of the time he’s cracking jokes and laughing , the other 10% he’s probably just waiting to crack a joke tbh .

he has a big heart and is definitely the most loyal friend you could ask for , but i wouldn’t run to him for heartfelt advice or anything like that unless you want to recreate this friends scene .

but he is the guy to go to when you need to take your mind off things with a crazy adventure , intense mario kart tournament , a gourmet meal , or a shopping spree ( he will carry all of your bags for you too )

fun is his middle name and he’s made it his life goal to try and make sure he’s not the only one having it . he truly believes laughter is the best medicine ( actually , a good meal is probably considered number one in his books ... ) and he really just doesn’t see the point on dwelling on the negative ??

this trait may turn out toxic in times of true difficulty as preston’s second best talent after cooking is burying all of his emotions and ignoring them and acting like he doesn’t give a shit !!! what a healthy man !!!

he is definitely that outgoing guy who blends into every clique or high school group , gets invited to every party , and can get along with practically everyone he meets . he likes to give everyone a fair chance and acts like everyone is his best friend , but he’s got a soft spot for a few select people who have wiggled his way deep into his heart . he’s definitely to loyal to anyone who hasn’t faulted him , but he would risk everything he has for his closest friends and you’d be truly blessed to be considered one of those close friends .

speaking of those who have faulted him , his spirit animal is definitely like a lion cub or baby bear : he’s sweet , cute , and cuddly at first glance , but mess with him or those he loves and you will see fangs bared . he’s got a temper buried deep down that usually only peeks out when those he loves are in trouble .

biography

nora was born to laura and zachary nguyen, and would later become the eldest of three. her father worked as a chemical engineer and her mother worked as an elementary school art teacher. although her father wasn’t around often, she grew close with her mother early on. nora quickly took after caring for her two younger siblings, a brother and a sister, whenever her parents were busy (or arguing, but nora tried to tune it out). she took her life for granted as she grew up in the hamptons.

when she was in fifth grade, at about 11 years old, her father was caught in an affair and so her mother called for a divorce. while her mother got custody of the children, nora still had to travel with her siblings to stay at her father’s for weekends. her mother moved away from the hamptons while her father kept the house. it was an exhausting life that nora had to keep up, especially when she didn’t want to be around her father.

her mother’s residence was only a small apartment just barely big enough for the four of them. all the siblings had to share a bedroom and the dining room was nothing like at her father’s. and while nora had initially complained, she grew accustomed. she helped her mother with all the chores she could while her mom had to find a second job to keep the family financially stable - after all, it was her dad who had supported a majority of their life in the hamptons.

meanwhile at school, it was difficult for her to focus on school while taking care of her siblings and the weekly travels to her father’s house. in middle school, she skipped field trips to save money for her mom and would give up her lunches to her siblings. she fell into art and reading as a means of coping. her mother began to drink more heavily as the years went by and the family would manage to scrape by. her father, of course, “couldn’t” lend them money to help with the rent or any of the bills, which only infuriated nora.

freshman year of high school, her mother succumbed to a heart disease. despite everything the doctors tried, the medical bills were too costly and her mother later passed away several months later. nora, furious with the system, her own financial troubles, and the grief of losing her mother, was spurred into a diligence and fervent caretaking of her siblings as she had to move in with her father.

nora became involved in mock trial, debate, and newspaper in high school, a way of channeling her emotions into what she found she could do best – voice her opinion. wanting to make her mother proud and perhaps prove her strict father wrong, she refocused her goals into not only becoming a lawyer and helping others, but participating in numerous activist causes.

she also found an outlet in the art that she loved to create – particularly, she loved revisiting her old neighborhood where her mother’s place was and painting street art onto the walls, a different channel of emotions that you wouldn’t expect from someone who’s voice may be raw from arguing all day. but art calmed the fire in her veins in a way that nothing else could, and it makes her feel closer to her mother. she loves the rawness of brick walls and the in-the-moment paintings that graffiti can be.

which leads to where she stands today – accepted at stanford in pursuit of law and ready to face the world. although she still despises her father and now stepmother, she has moved back into the hamptons with a different mindset. she’s determined to help the community she grew up knowing, even if it was outside the luxury of the neighborhood she currently resides in.

personality

fervent: she is passionate about what she does. she puts her entire heart into everything she can and it’s either 100% or 0%, no in between. she fights for what she believes is right and isn’t afraid to stand up for anyone.

candid: she isn’t afraid to be honest, whether it’s stating that she thinks you’re wrong or otherwise. she cuts straight to the point and hates dancing around most subjects.

spontaneous: she doesn’t like careful planning. she’s much more intuitive and likes to decide on things in the moment. she’ll pull you along into 3am adventures or suddenly decide to join the protest that happens to be tomorrow. she jumps into things heart first and oftentimes ignores what her rational side says.

obstinate: she can’t back down from an argument and refuses to give up her ideals or admit that someone else is right.

assertive: she’s not afraid of public speaking or going straight up to someone to tell them that something is wrong. she’s bold and confident. she masks her insecurities well with a faux fearlessness. even if she’s afraid, she shows a brave face.

impetuous: her impulses often get her into trouble. whether it’s accidentally arguing with a stranger in public or suddenly feeling as though she needs to take a walk, or perhaps get a gift for her siblings at 12am because they were feeling down that night, she acts on what she feels.

biography!

charli jade moon was born in long island on christmas day, 2000. her father was the only son to a coffee mogul and when he passed away the company was left to him. charli’s mother was a new york socialite in her prime. being the only child, charli never wanted for anything. she grew up happy and healthy, despite not being close with her parents.

growing up, charli spent most of her time with her nanny. her father was always busy with the company. her mother had never really wanted children and spent most of her time avoiding her own daughter.

being the only child was lonely, and charli was always a little awkward and didn’t make friends easily. she had a few childhood friends, and she is still friends with them now. she was never one to go through friends,

charli was always a little socially awkward. clumsy, a bit nerdy, nose always buried in a book. she relied on her friends, maybe a little too much. her group of friends was always there for her. once she was in high school, she excelled. all a.p. classes, and a particular knack for english. at the age if fifteen she finished her first novel, but doubting herself it has sat in the back of her bookshelf.

her teachers adore her. she’s sweet, kind and extremely intelligent. she’s set to graduate as salutatorian in the next month. she plans to spend her summer with her friends, before flying to italy for her her first year of college abroad.

personality!

this poor baby is so naive and gullible. she’ll believe just about anything you tell her. honestly. she’s wide eyed and tries to see the good in everyone, even if someone has nothing good in them.

can’t make a freaking decision to save her LIFE. it could be something important or something as simple as how to decorate a cake or which nobel to read next. she feels the need to think everything through very thoroughly.

SHE IS SUNSHINE PERSONIFIED OK. if there isn’t a bright smile on her lips, something is seriously wrong. she is very positive and optimistic and always looks on the bright side. it gets on some peoples nerves, and they question whether she is really like that, but she is.

cares about everyone before herself. if you make a friend of her, you have one for life. even if you’re mean to her, she will still try and try and try to make you happy and be her friend.

she is pretty… pliant. easily gullible. if you tell her something, theres a pretty big chance she will believe you. you ask her to do something? she’ll probably do it.

eeep ! hi hello hi, i’m liv ( she/her ) and at twenty-one i’m currently dividing my time between the gmt and gmt+1 timezones ( bc why stay in one time zone when you can stay in two idk ). i cannot begin to tell you how excited i am to finally be here, i was drowning in deadlines around the first round of acceptances but was quasi-ecstatic to find bronson’s skeleton open now that i’ve got some time on my hands !! i’m still working on a full bio and the small print, but here you can find some stats and below the cut you’ll find some info about my little lion man !

— bronson laki callahan is finishing up his last year in the hamptons with hopes of graduating and attending yale university to study ethics politics & economics. four years in at bridgehampton and he’s known as the olympian, which makes perfect sense considering how staunch, captivating, stoic, and competitive he is. that title landed him the senior class superlative of most likely to win the hunger games. when you hear sicko mode - travis scott coming from a car this summer, it’ll most likely be them. speaking of summer, once school ends i hear his plans are to sail the mediterranean and go island hopping with friends. i can’t help but to be reminded of long evenings and bright mornings, the blow of a referee’s whistle, leaning against a door frame and freshly laundered cotton.

grew up... with a silver spoon that fed him well. bronson was born to howard and katherine callahan, whose marriage united two old money dynasties. the callahan’s are real estate royalty and katherine is a member of the hearst family, wealthy long before they struck media gold in the publishing industry. his parents showered him with love and attention, if ever he asked why they never had more kids they’d tell him it was because they’d struck gold with their first – him.

living… in a modern and boastful mansion close to the ocean, for the curious it looks something along the lines of this ! the callahan’s also own a penthouse in the city, a ski lodge by the norwegian fjords and summer chateau in the mediterranean – to name a few. worth mentioning is that his parents are not currently living together, it seems whenever one comes back to bridgehampton the other finds a reason to leave. it’s been like this now since the summer before junior year, the same summer katherine discovered howard was having an affair. in true aristocratic fashion, they dealt with the issue by decidedly not dealing with it at all. welp.

education… is not a necessity, but rather and accessory to someone like bronson. still, he’s expected to maintain his good grades all through high school and carry on the family’s legacy at yale university. he’s chosen to major in ethics politics & economics; it’s something he’s genuinely interested in though unsure whether he’ll ever be able to pursue bc if he doesn’t inherit the real estate business, who will ?

interests… playing football in drizzle and girls that can whistle... ok no, i’m not gonna attempt to reinvent the favourite things song ! bronson has always played sports with heart, he gives his all at all times. football in fall, rugby in spring and soccer with friends in summer. he’s good at it, too. « his name will be known » people will say, as though both a promise and a dare. what’s more, he is a fan of sailing like his father and the two of them have made quite the memories together at sea. last summer, they sailed around the samoan islands together which was the first time bronson really heard of his samoan heritage.

relationship status… single, though he’s still not quite used to the idea.

challenge… conceal, don’t feel, don’t let it show; it’s hard to deal with emotional torment when you’ve never been taught how to. bronson’s whole world came crashing down along with the downfall of his parents marriage, though he’s yet to fully deal with it all – instead he keeps it all bottled up inside, not realising it’s only causing the anger and anxiety to grow with time. bronson’s main challenge at the moment isn’t figuring out who to ask to prom or what dormatory to choose at yale, it’s dealing with his feelings. as for all of us, his inner demons will catch up to him eventually.

personality… charming, laidback, funny, and friendly – it has always been in bronson’s nature to try and please everyone, especially in his family. he’s loyal and committed, though not without fault. his parents inescapable divorce has brought out his stoic side, he knows his parents want to keep it a private affair though he might be taking it a bit far by barely even speaking of it to his closest friends. his competitive side shows both on and off the field, after all he yearns to be the best at all he does.

random trivia:

while he’s always been incredibly athletic; the summer between sophomore and junior year is not only when his parents marriage began falling apart, but also when he discovered the gym ! it was the perfect escape and he found himself spending hours lifting weights, needless to say he came back junior year transformed.

he’s got a scar above his nose, between his eyebrows from being stepped on by cleats during a game of rugby. yikes.

style wise, his wardrobe is very casual and laid back. while he does mainly own designer brands, he opts for the basic tees and hoodies, rather than the shirts and sweaters.

he loves anything and everything peanut butter !

january was spent in aspen, he managed to convince the dean that he was there for training purposes too so that he could get out of school. gotta love a boy who tries so hard to avoid his issues at home, that he skips school to go skiing idek ?

he owns a lil puppy that he can often be spotted walking around the park/lighthouse area – more details to come as soon as i’ve decided on a breed hehe.

lucas was always the odd one out when it came to the kids in bridgehampton. it was apparent when all the other kids bragged about their extravagant summer vacations, lucas and his parents always had the same summer break: some sort of service based trip, where he spent the majority of the time working. his mother and father are both prominent civil rights and environmental attorneys, who have money but never really flaunted it. that was clear when he turned 16. lucas asked for a brand new jeep and was given a used one from the early 2000’s, while all the others drove expensive cars. needless to say, lucas didn’t really connect with the others at the surface level. many kept him in good company because he lived in the neighborhood, while most pegged him as the ‘hippie.’ nonetheless, lucas is loved and considered a great asset to the group. he loves adventures, partying, and having a good time. it was no surprise that he got accepted to UC berkeley. in fact, many were expecting it. a lover of the outdoors and all things liberal, it seemed like he couldn’t fit in anywhere else. to be frank, lucas was never really a east coast kid. the west coast was where he belonged. as his senior year has winded down, a part of him knows that this is the last time him and his friends will be together. for that reason, he’s making the most of their senior year. he has plans of organizing a road trip, bonfire, and even camping trip for all of them to attend. before they all leave, lucas wants his friends to experience the outdoors in a whole new way.

wassup u guys, it’s me sam, late to the part as usual !! pls excuse my theme (it looks really bad lmao) but i wanted to get this intro out before i get off for a few hours to do some work !! like this to plot n i’ll come to u and all that jazz !!

— parker soung is finishing up his last year in the hamptons with hopes of graduating and attending new york university to study film. four years in at bridgehampton and he’s known as the mooncalf, which makes perfect sense considering how energetic, optimistic, naive, and superstitious he is. that title landed him the senior class superlative of most likely to direct an award winning film. when you hear sunflower - post malone + swae lee coming from a car this summer, it’ll most likely be them. speaking of summer, once school ends i hear his plans are to travel around the world for his short film. i can’t help but to be reminded of late night texts asking for homework, messy notes scribbled in a notebook, film cameras, and ripped black jeans.

so parker was born in seoul, south korea to his two parents, but moved to the states when he was only a few months old.

the family of five bounced around the country for a few years before finally settling in the hamptons, since the soung's entertainment company ( named soung entertainment lol) finally started to take off.

by then, parker was fluent in both korean and english, thanks to his parent's insisting that their children be at least knowledgeable of more than one culture, and just starting to learn spanish.

for as long as he can remember, parker has had a some kind of camera in his hand -- whether it be a plastic toy, a point-and-shoot, or a polaroid, the boy was always pointing a camera at something or someone.

with him being the youngest, he's never really been put under any pressure to run the family business or anything like that.

he knows that his father reserved the heir position for his two older sisters, hannah and violet, to fight over and he's 100% okay with that.

he's never wanted to make and produce films purely for the money, but to express himself the only way he knows how.

for the longest time parker has always assumed he was straight, but after sharing a drunken kiss over the summer with one of his friends, the boy is definitely questioning things.

he's pretty hesitant about telling anyone about the fact that he might be gay since he wants to be somewhat sure of his feelings before letting anyone know.

while being involved in both baseball and swimming, not to mention a plethora of clubs and community service projects, parker always finds time to work on his portfolio for college, that being one of the most important things in his life.

since his parents don't really believe in giving their kids a bunch of money to do whatever with, parker makes money by commissioning videos and charging people for photoshoots, which brings in a good bit -- well, a good bit for a high school senior.

parker is totally a lil social butterfly and practically being friends with everyone in school. like he's one of those kids that somehow has little to no enemies and no one knows why or how they even became friends with him.

he's high key and idiot and is always getting himself into some kind of trouble.

he doesn't really think things through and just goes with the flow.
