So I'm completely opposed to that line of reasoning- the real life person is an actor who can act in various roles, and suggesting that the details of their personal life should inform our reading of a character they play seems.. problematic. For a lot of reasons.

However

I also dont see anything wrong with interpretting Turles as gay (or any of the characters as any brand of queer for that matter) and do think this particular line delivery is uuhh..
