Today's publication is one that I have been preparing for a long time and I am very excited.
Here's a figure of Nicole from Sonic Resonance AU designed by @angstsuccer (check out their account to find out more!).
I feel very proud to be able to say that I contributed my grain of sand to that AU with Nicole's design, and for that reason I also wanted to make a 3D model. Since my modeling skills aren't enough (although I hope they will be in the future), I use as a base the design of the Archie comics done by mikomagallona at Sketchfab (link below). Ironically, I took the classic Nicole design, which looks less like the Resonance than the modern one, which also has a model buuuut I didn't see it. Oops.
I've learned a lot during the process, in terms of modeling and painting. Although for most elements I took existing models, Nicole's jacket was made exclusively by me (finally applying my knowledge of hours of Blender tutorials) and I really like how well it fit. That's why there is an image only of it, I wanted to show it to you (?)
As for painting, it is the first time I painted a figure, and although I have spent many hours, I really liked the experience. It's not going to be the last one I paint (in fact, I'm already painting more-). As you can see, the eyelashes were very fragile and broke before they could be painted :'c
This is the happiest time I'm with something I've printed and that's why I'm also very excited to show it. I hope you like it at least one thousandth of what I like <3

I have done the main goblin for Fiver's thing. E's a little clown!
Look!!!
E's a little clown and I love e so much!!!
... but ... other than the popcorn the clown's base still needs to be finished. I don't recall what the collaboration's criteria are/were, so, I'll check that tomorrow and (maybe) go find matching paints :)
... oh, and I tried to get my Ender3 working again.
She's got a heat clog - no surprise. Tomorrow I'll have to strip the hot end to get it out, but, then I'll have another go without the enclosure. If that doesn't fixit ... what's the most "turbo" hot end cooler I can buy (not print and solder!!!) for an Ender3?
I'm ... actually much more pleased with these. I was specifically trying to improve my process and this felt a lot swifter and produced more interesting results.
I've got to fix my Ender3 before I can continue with this set.
Lately I'm watching a game of DnD on YouTube, and although I'm not playing any campaigns right now, I've been envious and... I have put the printer to work.
I am mounting a board as cheap as possible but at the same time the most customizable, and of course, it can not miss the decoration made with printer. For all this I have used the Ender with 0.2 nozzle, but for the character minis I will use the Elegoo, of course.
I show you some designs that I have found in Thingiverse and they seem to me the sea of useful (or cute). The silhouettes are from cdrockett and serve to represent encounters of groups of enemies in a more generic way if you do not want to make exclusive minis for each type, here you just have to use the numbers they bring and different colors to differentiate them. The furniture is from curufin and is very detailed, and I love the versatility that the modular bar gives you.

He puesto la impresora a trabajar.

Tada! I managed to build it with just a little confusion. But no matter how much I want to calibrate and test it.. I'm exhausted now and need a lay down lol #3dprinting #ender3 #chronicillness https://www.instagram.com/p/CpkodKxK90X/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
This is a pretty easy one, but if you're using a BL Touch (or CR Touch) and running Klipper this is how to run auto mesh bed leveling.
Home all axis with G28
Run BED_MESH_CALIBRATE in the Klipper console. This will trigger the mesh creation process. Depending on your setup, this will run a 5x5 probing, for 25 total points probed
NOTE: You should really manually level the bed as much as possible before running this. If you notice any major areas off from the others, or a side higher than the other it means you need to manually level then run BED_MESH_CALIBRATE again.
I'll post a tutorial on manual bed leveling soon.
Once the probing is complete, run SAVE_CONFIG to write the mesh to memory.
Make sure you have something in your config file and/or the custom GCODE section of your slicer to load the saved mesh, which should be called "default."
Verify this is being loaded by checking your printer.cfg file and looking for this:
Printed something so simple. It's just for plugging the antenna hole on my F150. Threads are 1/4-20.
