Odamın manzarasi 😍 5 gün çok güzel bir İstanbul gezisiydi benim için.İstanbulluyum ama turist gibi gezdim her yeri.Galatada şarap içtim Nusrette yemek yedim.Tekne tutup boğazda arkadaşlarımla keyif yaptım.Carsilari,camiileri,kiliseleri,pazarları gezdim.Yuksek binaların manzaralarında yemek yedim.Arkadaslarimla muhteşem vakitler geçirdim.Unutulmaz güzel anılar biriktirdim. Bir sonraki anilar İtalya'ya artik 🥳😅💯

Ευγενία Ευθυμιάδου: Αν πας στην Πόλη, να πας με ανοιχτή καρδιά…

Αν μία πόλη πρέπει να χαρακτηριστεί ως ο σημερινός ομφαλός της Γης, αυτή δεν είναι άλλη από την πόλη των πόλεων, την Κωνσταντινούπολη.

Η food blogger Ευγενία Ευθυμιάδου μαζί με τον σύζυγό της, Θάνο Ρουμπή έχουν ερωτευτεί την Κωνσταντινούπολη εδώ και πολλά χρόνια και με κάθε ευκαιρία την επισκέπτονται. Ως γνήσιοι food bloggers και λάτρεις των εκλεκτών γεύσεων αγαπούν την Ανατολίτικη κουζίνα. Η Ευγενία Ευθυμιάδου μας ταξιδεύει μέσα από κείμενο της στο followgeorge στην Κωνσταντινούπολη που της έχει χαρίσει μερικές από τις πιο όμορφες ταξιδιωτικές εμπειρίες.

Η Πόλη των Πόλεων, η Κωνσταντινούπολη σε κερδίζει με την πρώτη ματιά αν την δεις με ανοιχτή καρδιά. Είναι μια πόλη έντονων αντιθέσεων, μια μητρόπολη πολυπολιτισμική,  πλανεύτρα και γοητευτική όσο καμία άλλη. Από τις υπαίθριες αγορές με τα μπαχάρια έως τις βόλτες με τα βαπόρια της γραμμής στο Βόσπορο, όλα αφήνουν στο νου μνήμες  με ανεξίτηλο μελάνι.

Η Κωνσταντινούπολη είναι από τις πόλεις που αν την σεργιανήσεις θα είσαι για πάντα δέσμιος της ομορφιάς της. Έτσι και εμείς με τον Θάνο, τον συνοδοιπόρο μου στα ταξίδια, έχουμε αποκτήσει με την Κωνσταντινούπολη μια σχέση που δυναμώνει σε κάθε επίσκεψη. Την έχουμε επισκεφθεί δεκάδες φορές και γνωρίζουμε πλέον κάθε της σοκάκι και κάθε της πλακόστρωτο. Πλανόδιοι με κάστανα, σαλέπι, ρύζι με κοτόπουλο και ρεβίθια, κουλούρια  και μύδια γεμιστά, βοηθούν στο να διατηρηθούν όλα αυτά τα παραδοσιακά επαγγέλματα ενώ ταυτόχρονα σε πολλές γειτονιές της πόλεις ξεπηδούν εντυπωσιακά εμπορικά κέντρα και συγκροτήματα με πολυτελείς ουρανοξύστες.

Το πιο ατμοσφαιρικό κομμάτι ενός ταξιδιού στην Κωνσταντινούπολη είναι η βόλτα στον Βόσπορο, άλλωστε η Κωνσταντινούπολη είναι χτισμένη σε 2 Ηπείρους. Με τα πλοία της γραμμής μπορείς να ακολουθήσεις τους ντόπιους και να περάσεις από την Ευρωπαϊκή στην Ασιατική πλευρά και να εξερευνήσεις τα παζάρια της αλλά και τις ορθόδοξες εκκλησίες που κρατούν ζωντανή την ορθοδοξία της Πόλης.

Έχουμε αποκτήσει καρδιακούς φίλους στην Πόλη, που μας έχουν φιλοξενήσει στα σπίτια τους, μας έχουν καλέσει στους γάμους, στις χαρές και στις λύπες τους. Μας ενώνει μια αόρατη δύναμη, ένα δέσιμο χωρίς αρχή και τέλος, χωρίς εξηγήσεις, χωρίς γιατί, μια αμφίδρομη κατανόηση καταστάσεων που ξεπερνά κάθε γεωπολιτικό τριγμό. Είμαστε πλέον οικογένεια, μακρινοί συγγενείς. Αυτό που μας ενώνει όμως περισσότερο είναι τα ατελείωτα φαγοπότια.

Η κουζίνα της Κωνσταντινούπολης είναι εκτός συναγωνισμού, δεν μπορεί να συγκριθεί με καμία άλλη. Λουκούμια από τον «Haci Bekir», Βalik ekmek, ή αλλιώς σάντουιτς με ψάρι στο Eminonu,  Kazandibi από το «Bolulu Hasan Usta», παστουρμάδες και σουτζούκια από τον «Namli», Profiterol από το «Inci», bakvava από τον «Güllüoğlu», μαγειρευτά στο «Çiya», σουβλάκια από συκώτι στο «Canim Cigerim». Αγαπημένη επίσης συνήθεια στην πόλη είναι να παραγγέλνεις μισή μερίδα ”az” όπως το λένε οι ντόπιοι, για να μπορείς να δοκιμάζεις πολλά πιάτα. Να μην ξεχνάμε ωστόσο πως η πολίτικη κουζίνα είναι βασισμένη στα μπαχάρια, εξ ου και η ομώνυμη ταινία που αποτελεί ύμνο της πολίτικης γαστρονομίας.

Αναπόσπαστο μέρος της κουλτούρας είναι και τα ανατολίτικα παζάρια. Στο «Kapalı Çarşı» την περίφημη κλειστή αγορά μπορείς να βρεις από σκεύη μαγειρικής έως ρούχα και χρυσά κοσμήματα ενώ στο «Mısır Çarşısı» βρίσκεις απίστευτη ποικιλία από μπαχαρικά, τουρσιά, καφέ, ξηρούς καρπούς, πολλά είδη τσαγιού και λουκούμια. Όλη αυτή η ποικιλία των υλικών έχει συντελέσει στο να δημιουργηθούν μερικά από τα πιο εμβληματικά πιάτα που αγαπάμε έως και σήμερα, πιάτα όπως το Χιουνκιάρ Μπεγιεντί το αγαπημένο πιάτο του Σουλτάνου αλλά και το Ιμάμ Μπαϊλντί, το φαγητό που έκανε τον Ιμάμη να μπαϊλντίσει. Τα φαγητά της Πόλης κουβαλούν μνήμες και με γεμίζουν συναισθήματα, για αυτό και τα μαγειρεύω και εγώ στη δική μου κουζίνα και ανακαλώ με τον τρόπο αυτό τις μνήμες και τα συναισθήματα.

Ό,τι και να πω για την Πόλη μοιάζει θαμπό μπροστά στην γοητεία της, είναι η πιο ακαταμάχητη από όλες τις πόλεις που έχω ταξιδέψει. Είναι η πατρίδα που θα επέλεγε κανείς να ζήσει ένα μέρος της ζωής του και να την εξερευνήσει. Είναι η Πόλη των απόντων, η Πόλη των συγκινήσεων, η Πόλη των αντιθέσεων, η Πόλη που σε γεμίζει με ερωτηματικά και σε προκαλεί να κάνεις ένα βήμα πίσω και να μελετήσεις την ιστορία της μέσα από διηγήσεις Ρωμιών. Ah Güzel İstanbul, δεν είσαι τυχαία η Πόλη των Πόλεων, η Πόλη της καρδιά μας…

Η Ευγενία Ευθυμιάδου γεννήθηκε στην Έδεσσα αλλά επέλεξε να ζήσει στη Θεσσαλονίκη και να δημιουργήσει όλα όσα ονειρευόταν. Είναι γεωπόνος, εργάζεται ως εκπαιδευτικός αλλά πολύ σημαντικό μέρος της καθημερινότητάς της αφιερώνει στον γνωστό Οδηγό Εστίασης και Food Blog, Thess_ del_food ή αλλιώς Thessaloniki ‘s Delicious Food, τον οποίο αγαπούν πολύ οι Θεσσαλονικείς για τις πληροφορίες που προσφέρει όσον αφορά τις εξόδους  σε εστιατόρια της πόλης.
