i like imagining small situations so here’s one with the bloody prick man Varré

You and Varré were sat outside of the rose church. You both sat cross-legged, facing one another.

“My dear lambkin..” Varré cooed.

Your chin was in a death grip, as the ever unforgiving Varré studied you. His mask on, still cold as usual. You saw his eyes through his mask. It seemed like he was looking at your face. Watching your expression, and you felt a gloved finger touch every detail of your face. You blushed a little, feeling small.

“H-hey.. um.. what are you trying to do exactly?” You ask in nervousness.

“Lambkin! Dear lambkin! I just had to have a look at that face under your quite brooding helm.” He said in that snide tone.

“You seem.. quite interested in my face.” You said.

“Well, though many other tarnished may look upon yourself as another one of them, you’ve interested me. Hanging around this church all the time.” He said.

This guy was creepy in the cute way, where you were sure he didn’t mean to be that way intentionally, it just came off like that. Mostly.

”I.. I really don’t have many others to talk to. You have something to say most of the time, whether it’s your crude remarks or something else.” You said, the blush growing more apparent.

He only looked at you, and his grip softened. He sighed.

“Hey.. how come you’re allowed to see my face but I’m not allowed to see yours?” You smirked.

“Lambkin, my face is strictly for-“ He was cut off by you lifting up his mask slightly.

There was a moment of silence between the two of you. Both of your blushes growing, as you stared into each other. You felt Varré’s grip soften completely as it slowly trailed to your shoulder. It was almost like he was embarrassed.

“..Can I see you?�� You asked.

“…” Varré was hesitant to speak.

“Please?” You looked at him.

“…fine. You are such a persistent tarnished. How annoying.” He huffed as you slowly lifted up his mask.

You gently put the mask to the ground, as you began to do the same that he was doing to you previously. Your finger trailed his face. You touched his marking, felt the light stubble on his chin, and trailed your finger over his lips. You cupped his cheeks with your hands. He looked silly. He was blushing. You sat like that for a moment, and then embraced Varré. You sighed deeply as you felt some of the built up weight on you disappear. It was comforting. You found comfort in him. Despite everything. You felt his arms embrace you back.

Silent was the night.

Varré really wasn’t so bad after all.

Lambkin ✢ Handmade headdress "….You have the sweetest scream. My lambkin." White Mask Varré is one of my favourite characters in Elden Ring. I’ve come to adore his pet name for our tarnished— “lambkin”. The aesthetic of the headdress, quite clearly, went in its own direction. The pink lettering is very close in colour to the ecru base, in certain light the pink “blushes”. The edges are trimmed with antique linen lace and accented with soft pink ribbons. I even tea-dyed the fabric backing to match!

This is an entirely hand made item: the body is needlepoint (tapestry), stitched to a fabric backing and accented with lace. The ribbon tie can be removed as well! This headdress will be available April 19th at 12pm EDT
