elden ring modern au has literally never once occurred to me. what could a modern au possibly even look like
from what i've seen, it's mostly stuff like the golden order being a massive company that the demigods are vying to control or whatever, with lots of scandalous family drama. i think it's actually very interesting, i just hate that most people seem to think that modern AU = everyone is human now. modern AU hades fics had the same problem and i hate it, let monster boys and girls be monsters!
"hey guys we're selling a life-sized regular-human-sized replica of malenia's arm prosthetic, isn't that cool! you should buy it!" no. sell me mohg's panties
Leave it to YouTube to bring up the cat donut kitty... cave.
Nah! But there was something similar a few days ago with Mohg and the cocoon. 😋
Imagine if the cocoon remained intact after Miquella's awakening. And he and Mohg decide to sort of refurbish it in a sense that they turn it into something like...
... Well, like that.
AWWWWW a soft little nest for mohg to hide and get cozy in! 🥰 i like that it's called "calming", like mohg finds himself getting agitated and stressed so he just crawls into his donut cave to calm down, where miquella then finds him x'P
my sister also has one of those for her cats but i don't know if it has much of a "calming" effect on otto and his loony ass 😂
gently staples this thread to the forehead of the people going "ew why would you ship mohg with miquella when you could make an OC/self-insert to ship with him instead"
the answer, you'll find, is shockingly simple: because that doesn't interest me. because that does literally nothing for me. because i'd rather piss in my own eye than ship a canon character with my OC (or self-insert). i promise you, if i had any interest in that, i would do it without needing to be told, but i don't so i won't. you're asking a person who likes chocolate cake why they're not eating banana cake instead as if those two are even remotely the same
also i made. little baby boys who are just sweet wee little lambs who have never done anything wrong in their little lives
(pattern is Mary Jane's Tearoom's lamb pattern, although i was insane and knit their entire bodies with the curly alpaca yarn unlike in the pattern. horns are not included in the pattern, i basically just improvised them. jar of what i'm sure is just red jam is based on this pattern)
