What do you like to do for fun? Sometimes, I get so caught up doing art for my business I forget to just create for fun. Recently I was inspired by both Tales of Arcadia:Wizards (ahem Douxie 😭) and Dungeons and Dragons to create this OC. I had a blast and couldn’t wait to keep working on painting her. Fanart...Monday? You ever keep starting new projects before finishing others? Yeah...I know the feeling(I will finish you, Star Wars Rebels fanart pieces!) Tonight I decided enough was enough. I wanted to paint precious Douxie/Hisirdoux from @talesofarcadiaofficial’s Wizards. And I wanted it finished in one sitting. Using tips I learned recently from an anatomy class, I did my best to capture the feel of the character, then painted him without getting (to) hung up on the details.
