i mean, the chapter has two scenes in which a little girl is nearly raped by her father and then the same girl tries to fuck her own brother (who resists for a while, but then accepts). shigure and sayuri are sexually threatened and objectified as well. plus there’s the random teenage girls who were raped and killed by the villain of the chapter. it’s like everything kagami loves distilled. and yes, it's the prologue. the next chapter is true to the novel. it has its gross moments of course (sayuri offering herself up to guren if he wants "this kind of satisfation"), but at least it's nothing new.
Damn. I know I shouldn’t be surprised. If I’m right, the main girl in DenYuDen was a product of incest and her father tried raping her at some point too. Nice to see our amazing author never runs out of fresh ideas!
The prologue was definitely him taking all of his favorite tropes and putting them in a blender. Guess he’s preparing newcomers for what they’ll be getting a taste of throughout the manga. Really not looking forward to the Mito near-rape scene.

Good Light Novels to read:
Sword Art Online: I put enough stuff on my tumblr to approve of this.
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Very interesting for the most part. Also was the second web novel(after SAO) to be commercialized and published interestingly enough.
Accel World: If you're watching this anime, reading or watching SAO, you also need to read Accel World. Same Author, same great quality.
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai: Very Funny.
Kikou Shoujo wa Kizutsukanai: This is very interesting. Manga is also good.
Durarara!!: If you watched the series, definitely read it.
Toaru Majutsu no Index: Longest Damn LN Series I have read and it is worth reading. Fucking 28 Novels not including Side Stories at bottom.
Sayonara Piano Sonata: Honestly, I just like this series.
Dai Densetsu no Yūsha no Densetsu: Translations have sort of stalled. If you have watched the original series, which everyone should at least try, you should read the DaiDenyuden part which is sort of a part 2. Def a good read, might have to watch the series since the original hasn't all been translated.
