Laying low wasn't a plan that worked incredibly well, despite it being used most often by Max. Blending in was difficult with the feathers, but as the female hated being surrounded by large crowds..well it made things a hundred times more difficult.

This was one of the reasons why Max was hiding out in th trees. There was so many people around that it was almost overwhelming, all she had to do was not slip. That task became even harder as soon as it started raining.

Not long after a loud squelch was heard as Max had indeed fell off the landed in the mud by the base of the tree. Wasn't the best of times to be spotted, although now she stood out from the crowd. Everyone else was running, covering themselves with whatever they had to hand. This was probably one of the times where being used to the outdoors was something that made you unique.
