Once they were a popular radio hostess, but was practically forgotten once video started to take the Dark World by storm. One day, they came across a very peculiar radio channel, and hasn't been the same since then. She will slip into speaking in numbers every so often, mimicking Numbers Stations. She aims to one day broadcast the channel she hear to free everyone from "all the lies". I just liked the idea of the secret boss being based off "video killed the radio star" saying.

Unpopular opinion: the deltarune fanmade chapter ust secret boss stuff is similar to the garten of banban content farm fake chapter videos. The deltarune one is obviously better and actually a fanwork, but like think about it. This is coming from a fan of both.
