Drake and LP couldn't help but cry at the sight of their daughter in a dress... It seemed like yesterday she was out on the streets without anyone to turn to. Now she's all grown up, in a dress and has the biggest smile on her face... she's beautiful, and the two dads start sobbing at their accomplishment together... I was really looking forward to drawing out this conversation between Drake and Gosalyn here.

I’m happy with what I wrote out and I think the art compliments with what tone I was trying to present with this page.

And yes, I know that Gosalyn didn’t seem to be scared of Paddywhack anymore when she was retelling the story in the episode, “the haunting of Mr banana brain”.

What I’m going for is, this seemingly unbeatable, other-worldly entity is still out there and Drake (her own father) has to go after it, and she is slowly realizing how dangerous and different this situation might be.

Many parents in Latin America use this story to scare their children from staying out too late but actually in some people they believe in her and she’s an actual ghost so keep gosayln away from her

Because if La Llorona gets a hold of your child: she’ll drown them
