In their last year Tender Taps finally had a class with the Applebloom and when he tried and failed to work up the nerve to talk to her he was saved by her own friendlyness. she remembers him and his happy they have class together, actin like old friends. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo act like total match makers for them helping Tender Taps come to terms he still has feelings for applebloom and she go for it. with luck the two begin dating, and find great luck they both get accepted into the same collages in manehatten, him becoming a dancer and her working to become a teacher. the two raised their family in Manehatten, Tender Tap working on stage as a professional choreographer and Applebloom as a teacher who works as a substitute for the school of friendship when she has the time.  The two plan to move back when Highlights is old enough,  not wanting to tear her away from her internship as a reporter at a local news station. Highlights is a lil moody and has the dramatic flair of a theater kid but the aesthetics of your typical goth teen.  she gets called a fake goth all the time and it makes her MAD. she gets along ok with scootaloo's kids but their a bit young for her and they only see each other once in awhile as they live across the country. Highlights love the city life, love the balance of high city life and cold dark alleys of trash and rats. she thinks its 'poetic' she tells her parents and other foals at her after school programs that she is very popular and has lots of friends despite only having the one who is a stage hand at school named Silver Jet.
