College was a very lonely time for me. I used to have a lot of sleepless night, just wondering & asking God these questions:

"Who is my wife?

Why can't I have my wife now?

Where is the woman of my dreams, my rib, my other half, the woman who you have for me & destined me to be with?" #wearegettingmarried

Singlehood means something different everyone. For me, it was a time of preparation for my wife. I took my singleness very seriously. I used to read a ton of books, listen to 100s of sermons, & just did a lot of studying on how to be a godly man, how to be the husband God called you to be & did even more research on what are the qualities in a wife that I need as a man of God. #godlylove

My search for the woman who compliments me the most, for the woman who is the greatest woman I have ever encountered, was a very long and difficult journey. #godhasbeengoodtome

This task was a task I could not do in my own effort. It was orchestrated by the LORD Himself, in His perfect timing. All the glory belongs to Him when it comes to me finally being with the woman who is just right for me! #lookingforlove

I just wanted to take time to praise God for giving me the love life I always wished for & for making certain that every single tear I shed, during those late nights in bed, during college & high school, for being single & having no one to love, were not in vain. #searchingforlove

God works all things together for our good. This picture symbolizes how the LORD has been shining down on me when it came to always giving me the desires of my heart. I cannot wait to see how else He will shine down on me & my life. #blacklove
