"Checkmate!" Two voices ring as one. Against them, no one stands a chance in a battle of wits upon the chessboard. Bars of dark and white chocolate were broken in half and whittled into the shape of Pawns. Once they were finished and set on the board, the twins began playing chess on their own! Come rain or shine, the two love to play on the chessboard. These siblings are inseparable, always hand in hand and walking together. When Pawn White Cookie opens the chessboard, Pawn Black Cookie entices other Cookies to join a match. Playing a round each, the prodigies engage their opponents. Twins they may be, but their tactics and maneuvers are as distinct as day and night. Pawn Black Cookie favors a cautious strategy utilizing the King and Rook, but Pawn White Cookie charges forward with an opening gambit to quickly promote Pawns into Queens. They have recently been singing about playing a new game, far more challenging and lucrative than chess. What exactly are they plotting other than chess openers?

Hello everyone,

I've been sick the past few days, however there's something I need to mention really quickly.

Devsisters is having a financial crisis. Mainly to do with budgeting.

Now before everyone starts panicking and holding up pitchforks at people, let me explain:

From what I understand, Devsisters wanted to churn out projects left and right, like Ovensmash and Tower of Adventures for example, and a few other projects. They also have another game, Brixity, which I heard that game isn't doing too well either.

Now you might be wondering:

What about Kingdom and Ovenbreak? Will those be shut down as well?

I highly doubt it. Considering, at least from what I heard, Cookie Run Kingdom makes the most money for the company, with Ovenbreak close behind, so they wouldn't just axe it out of nowhere. Same for Ovenbreak.

Other language translations/dubs, like Germany, Indonesia, and French, have gotten layoffs for their social media/translations (I might be wrong, please note). No word about Portuguese BR translation. It is possible that the Spanish social media/dub is next.

The English dub/translation is fine though. It is just the other languages that are in limbo.

CM Alyssa is not leaving the EN staff. Them along with a few other higher ups from the English staff will keep working on the EN social media.

I heard that this does not affect the headquarters in any way.

I have heard from my boyfriend that many video game companies are facing a crisis right now. I guess due to corporate greed? My boyfriend said that Nintendo is doing well, with their CEO willing to take a pay cut, with the reasoning that they care more about the employees.

I hope Devsisters bounce back from this so that we can continue getting more content. Oh! And don't worry,

3rd anniversary is still happening.

My forst ever Indonesia Inspired Cookie Run OC has dropped! (OC ib: Roro Jonggrang)

Meet Emerald Temple Cookie (AKA. Emerald Cookie)! She is a dancer from a temple in Indonesia, and she is well-known as the 'Zamrud Snake' outside of her temple.

She is a kind-hearted, kind of flirtatious, pretty, and can be loving! However, that may change if you mistreated her.

She is secretly part poisonous snake, she may poison whoever mistreats her with her venom, and she can also curse you into stone.

And once you were turned to stone, she will use your stoned body to decorate her other temples or as a mere decoration around the fields around her temples.
