BIRTHDAY!

Another year has passed under the mark of sadness, struggle, depression, and low self esteem. Things haven't gotten better, they've gotten worse. Even despite many valiant efforts, I remain weak. For now.
But!
Today is a special day. One when I get to eat good food, drink alcohol, get money because nobody knows what my interests are (not that I'm complaining) and eat a single slice of my birthday cake, as I can't take much sweets without feeling nauseus.
Speaking of cake, here's how mine looks like today.
I don't know who the original art belongs to, as I didn't check it. I just wanted a nice art of Shinobu, and here it is. Beautiful. Even though the Shinobu inclusion on contentloadingandstuff is fairly small, she's still the best. Masked girls 4ever.
I got money. It's too much to just spend it on what makes me happy, so I will have to buy something actually valuable and keep it for a rainy day.
But regardless, I wish myself a few things - to pass my finals with at least crawling colors, to be a little happier when I celebrate my birthday next time, and hopefully find a woman who won't emotionally gut me this time.
And, first and foremost, so I have the opportunity to be here and celebrate it again next year.

Finds: Trash Can Chongyun
What I discovered while getting back home. Behold.
A dirty bus stop and an even more filthy trash can, with a sticker of the Cryo exorcist slapped on.
My first question was obviously why? My first answer - out of malice. Somebody dislikes the game and decides to show it by doing this. But it wouldn't make sense, would it? Buying a sticker and an even more expensive delivery just to stick it to a garbage can. Perhaps the person got a hold of this sticker from their sibling or somebody and, to spite them, decided to place the character "where they belong". This brings another question of whether this person wasn't familiar or interested in Genshin Impact itself and just did this specifically to mess with their sibling, or decides that, if they like the game, then it must be stupid.
Chances are it's one of the above. But what about a more positive reason?
Maybe the person just bought the stickers in bulk and didn't know what to do with this one. Maybe it was just a random desire to slap it on, perhaps hoping that someone will notice. And so I did.
This gave me an idea for a sticker/piece of art/in-game emote with a chibi Chongyun in either a) a trash can with his head poking out, the lid on top of it, chonky hands gripping the edge and those puppy eyes on his face or b) Chongyun sitting on the floor, legs spread, leaning against hands placed together between them with the trash can kis on his head and crying. It would be cute both ways, I'm not going to lie.
To sweeten this for all fans of my boy Chongyun, here's a picture of Socks looking majestically sleepy after devastating my desk, toppling over my Lipton, scattering my sister's Cheetos all over the room and now sitting on Lego without batting an eyelid.

An Important Notice About Asks
Hello, everybody!
The asks on contentloadingandstuff are somewhat renowned for being many. Very many. How many exactly? Take a look.
Now, when I opened my asks back in summer of last year, a kind soul asked me if I was alright after getting a hundred asks, because if they were in my place, they would be freaking out about how to get them all done. I told them that I was alright. After almost a whole year I can definetely say that I am, in fact, not alright.
Recently, as you might have picked up on in my non-fic posts, I have been suffering the worst case of writer's block yet, coupled with a hissy and agressive impostor syndrome.
Why am I writing this when I should be doing asks? Look at this, you're making OC content while two hundred people are waiting for their fics to be done. These kinds of statements rummage around in my mind on a daily basis, wearing me out and making me stress about something that, in theory, should be fun.
So I decided to start anew. To refresh my thoughts, stop dwelling on the same ideas for months on end, and primarily - stop stressing about getting things written. To give the kind of attention I provide for each fic for every one of the 221 ideas, I would have to be here for ages to come. I would have to make content, not write.
And so, I will give myself a Tabula Rasa - a clean slate. As axious as it will leave me, I will need to drop the backlog of asks to catch my breath and hopefully climb out of my writing depression.
I don't want any of you wonderful people taking this to heart, alright? Your ideas are good, they are perfectly valid, but looking at the same selection of WIPs and stressing about getting them done is draining for me.
Hopefully, this will help lift off the pressure and expectations I have imposed upon myself and help me find more motivation to write, as the content loop I have created for myself has more than exhausted me.
And so, a new season of asks is now open. Ask for anything, everything, or nothing - whichever you prefer, dear reader. If you want to be as precise as possible, you can include the format you think would be best for your idea (refer to this poll for the format types). Here are the rules too, so you don't have to make a thorough investigation of the blog to find them.

Out of all the genshin girls, which of them do you think are the easiest to overstimulate?
There's plenty of candidates for sure. Ganyu, who sometimes comes just from putting it in, or Nilou, who's endurance isn't that great and just a bit too much clit rubbing will get her squirming in your hands. Still, I think Sara will top the charts.
She's a tough woman ready for tough challenges, but gentleness and pleasure? That's where she's completely vulnerable. Fingering, eating her out or fucking her, even as gently as possible, will end with Sara gripping the bedsheets as her body overloads with sensations, screaming at you to both stop and go faster, go harder. It's even more intense when you hold her still, be it with your strong arms or some rope. Hello, my friend! How was your birthday?
It was very underwhelming IRL to be honest. I got many well wishes from you guys, which I am very grateful for! Sadly, this day felt like any other. Most of the time and attention was devoted to the two guests - my uncle, his wife and two baby daughters. No surprise there. We ate a formal dinner (with dishes that I felt meh about, decorated with the images of the kids spitting out food which made me extremely uncomfortable; I am very easy to disgust), I got my cake and aside from that literally nothing. I also had to attend my friend's birthday because, although it was in March, he decided to throw a party yesterday. Attending someone else's celebration on your own special day doesn't feel good, especially when you are very introverted and stray from such events. Oh, and the party kinda sucked too because the guy didn't organise anything except an empty training room, music and alcohol. I knew basically two people out of twenty, stayed as long as I needed and got the hell away from there.
I'm not normally craving attention. Morye, I tend to make myself as invisible as possible. But wasn't this supposed to be my big, long anticipated day? The only occasion in the year that is officially dedicated to me? And it all felt like just another minor event. Yeah, there's a guy, give him cake and you're donzo. The only gifts I got were cash. Of course - cash is nice as it gives you freedom, I'm not complaining about that. What I'm complaining about is the lack of interest and effort put in by my family. They could have gotten me something small but customised and just deducted the price from the total they wanted to give me.
For example: Instead of giving me 250 PLN, they could have given me 200 PLN and a Vision keychain from AliExpress for like 50 PLN, delivery included. You know, to show some interest. But no. It feels bad because I always make sure to get anyone I give the gift to something small of this sort. Like, I got my mom some spa vouchers, but also a scratch poster "100 things to do with mom" to make it more personalized. But nobody puts the same amount of effort into my gifts. And if they do, it's always because they asked straight away what I wanted and it was no surprise.
It just feels lonely. Hard to explain, but all of this made me feel forgotten, sort of. Hah, look at me, raising my expectations from the rock bottom only to encounter no positive response. I guess I'm just destined to get the bare minimum.
Or maybe I'm being ungrateful. Probably just that to be fair.

Reading your Shenhe NSFW headcannons, I got this weird, and funny idea regarding the part of her getting up mid-romp to look up another position to try.
Like, I could imagine her S/O making some sort of game out of it. Like for example, seeing how close they can get to climax before she she's just like "hol up". Or, they use to justify some thinly veiled acts of edging/orgasm denial, pretending he misheard her moans as a request for him to stop just when she was about to reach sensory heaven, so she could change positions. Imagine if sometimes, she she actually decides she wants to change positions lol.

Hello my friend, how are these days have been treating you?
My winter break ends in exactly two days, and returning back to the higher education hell ("HEH" for short) is quite an awful prospect.
(I had two long paragraphs about recent deaths in my extended family here - people I never met, so don't worry - but this isn't the format nor the place to talk about cancer and the death of children, teens, or anybody else for that matter)
Well... How about we talk about something less depressing instead?
Regarding the blog, I have an urge to write something hurt/comfort-y with masculinity being the main theme. There's lots of negativity about it, and something like that would be perfectly heartwarming. Oh, and speaking of, I had a thought to include more male-specific things in the fics for a long, long time. Of course, writing the general stuff is fine by me, but a big chunk of those seems just a little uninteresting conceptually, I suppose? My point is that, smut aside, a simple pronoun change wouldn't really affect the majority of my male reader fics. So I thought about writing something like that (that's not smut, or at least isn't smut-centered). But I don't know what to write exactly.
And because of that, suggestions and ideas for fics of this type are very welcome! Now and forever onward!

Halloween + contentloadingandstuff's first birthday!
Hello everybody!
It's the spooky season again, and the weather of Kraków matches it perfectly - cold, windy and raining. Let's keep in mind that Halloween is not just a silly time for collecting candy and carving pumpkins (in a few countries of the world) - it's the international commemoration date of horror as a genre. Horror formally existed since 1765, and began with the novel Castle Of Otranto by Horace Walpole, an English writer and aristocrat.
The 31st of October is the perfect opportunity to appreciate this long legacy of terrors, don't you think?

Thank you! People say that sometimes, and it never fails to make me confused. I suppose the reader sees things that the writer cannot...
As you mentioned already, the first step is the idea, or the prompt. In the early days I just used Spin The Wheel for writing suggestions, but nowadays there's no shortage of ideas in my inbox.
So you could say that the idea isn't a problem, right? Wrong.
Not every one is the same. The key point in picking the right ask/idea is making it into a readable, interesting fic. In that sense, not every prompt is doable. Aside from the obvious ones that include things I don't write for, here are a few examples.
Too specific/complicated. Some asks include specific details that are hard to fit into the story as I see it, or limit the writing freedom. There are also the ones that basically are whole fics in themselves. *cough*Shrine Incident*cough*
Repetitive, and I don't mean the ask itself. Writing the exact same scenario over and over, but with different characters would lead to monotony on the blog, and very noticable shortage of unique content. Say, a wedding ceremony for every female character I write for. It would get really repetitive really fast, as most would just follow their culture's traditions with slight differences. Forcing every single one to be unique would be silly and OOC.
This may be a little harsh, but some are uninteresting. They are very rare, but they happen. Things like "their reaction to reader tripping on a shoelace" or "their reaction to getting a gift" would not amount to much readable content, as the reactions would be very limited in variety or straight up identical. Splitting the hairs would be annoying to write and boring to read.
The best ideas are those that are general, leaving much freedom for the writer, but still draw a rough framework to work within.
Now that I have the idea, I need to think it over (as every writer does). It usually takes plenty of time since I want to get solid ideas, not just any random thoughts. Not all ideas are workable into a readable fic as well. It takes longer for pure headcanons since those consist entirely of ideas. The general thought process for the more story-driven fics is something like "I want this to happen" or "I want to include this". Before I get to writing the post down, I already have a general, ordered plot line - it's only a matter of putting it into words and filling the gaps to connect the most important bits. The planning happens during my day - it comes naturally to me. Never once have I sat down and decided to think exclusively about a fic before making it.
There is also the research phase of my writing. Not all fics need research, but if they do, I won't shy away from it. I learned a lot about sepsis from an actual doctor when I was writing the old Fatui!Reader fic with Yelan, I read A LOT, and I mean A LOT about pregnancy for the fluff headcanons to make sure everything is realistic, making sure that X existed in medieval/reinessance times (it is very hard to decide if I should include it sometimes because Genshin's world is like a game of Sid Meier's Civilisation when it comes to technology), I watched a lot of pole dancing tutorials before writing the triple Sumeru smut to get a good reference point... speaking of smut, there is a lot of research going on there.
Why? Because I want to make smut hot. That is the ultimate objective, and sadly my nsfw imagination isn't that good. It has been getting better with the amount of smut I made so far, but it isn't as good as that of some authors. I also want to make sure things look and act as they would in reality. The realism, or making things believable, is one of my main objectives. That is also why smut takes the second spot for the longest writing time - I always want to make sure that things are in order and of as high quality as I can make them. Sadly, smut rarely has any comments. I know why, I understand why, but it does leave me guessing if it was really any good more often than not.
The final part of planning is choosing a format, and sometimes it is kind of hard to do. There are the obvious picks, but sometimes the request is vague enough, and the idea could work in all three - the bulleted headcanons, the mixed headcanons, and the narrative. There are a bunch of miscellany formats too, but I seldom use them.
When the planning is done, the writing part begins. It is rarely done in one sitting, since sometimes I get stuck on specific (usually liminal) points. The longer I am, the more frustrated and tired I get (the extensive planning itself is mentally exhausting, believe it or not), and I never want to write when exhausted. That said, there are some fics that I wrote like this, and people seemed to pay no mind. But still - I want to make sure I am thinking straight while putting my ideas into words. It is sort of a given, I know.
Sometimes I also pass the fic to my beta reader, but it's complicated. Then it's publishing time.
My advice here is to take frequent breaks. If you're barely keeping your eyes open, if you have a headache, if you want to throw your phone/pc/notebook through the nearest window, stop. Take a break, come back when you feel like it. (I'm assuming you write something like fanfiction) Do remember that fanfics are more about the vibe and ideas than real literary substance. If there's no willingness or passion when you write them, they may come out bland and forced. Personally, I focus on all three, but I would advise anyone to do otherwise. It's oftentimes a lot to think through, a lot to plan, and it occasionally gets frustrating.
Unless we're talking serious fanfiction, which in my writing is the Necro AU. Double everything I wrote here and you will get how much thought goes into the AU. Yeah.
As for making fics out of prompts. It depends heavily on the kind of prompt, the kind of fiction, the topic of the prompt, the characters involved and so on and so forth. Sometimes the prompt works with the character, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it gives you too little to work with, sometimes it gives you too much. I find that the ideas come to me themselves, but sometimes getting a bit of inspiration goes a long way. For example, when I was writing the smut and fluff headcanons for respectively Candace + Nilou and Candace, I went to an archeology exhibition regarding Tutankhamun's tomb. Yes, it was in my plans for a long time and yes, I used the ask as an excuse to finally go there, but it made writing that fun nevertheless. Sometimes you just need the right mood to get the ideas flowing.
I hope you find all of what I said coherent, and maybe even helpful to some degree. All of it is just my take on the matter, subjective, based in my own experiences and so on.

Thoughts abt the Fontaine girls? Who do you like more?
Truth be told, the best one so far seems to be Navia. We thought that Clorinde is going to be the chad, but she turned out as more of a wet dog in reality (so far). I also can't shake the feeling that Clorinde is pretty much the same as Kujou Sara from the looks of it. Lynette is just.. well, kinda lukewarm. She's there, that's for sure.
This may surprise a lot of people, but I think that Furina is shaping up to be the best so far. Out of all the Archons we've met, she has the absolute most personality, which I dig. The way she acts is also quite amusing, and she looks to have a more complex side to her. I can't wait for her story quest.
But let's be real here. Melusines are the absolute top addition.
