You're telling me that Jesus, who is God incarnate, came to Earth, never sinned, and willingly suffered horrible beating and crucifixion, so that a sinner like me can have a relationship with Him and be saved from her sins!?
And then three days later come BACK to life!?
Yes.
He did all that so that I, a sinner, can be saved!!
He did that so all of us could be saved!!
Jesus did all of that so we could be saved from our sins and have a relationship with Him!!
ISN'T THAT WILD!!??

Any christian resource recommendations aside from gotquestions.org and 412teens?
Hey Kiibo! Answers in Genesis seem to be pretty good for providing evidence of young earth creationism if you're interested in that. I will say that sometimes they seem to be a little...political(?) about it, making it seem like young earth creationism is a salvation issue. (As in needing to believe the earth is 6000 years old to be a true Christian, which isn't true) There's also Geeks under Grace if you want Christian perspectives on video games/Pop culture. If I remember correctly, Beneath the Tangles is also a good one for Christian perspectives on anime.

I personally believe that God loves LGBT people, I just wanted to ask what you thought because I've met some really good Christians and some really bad "Christians", too.
Yes, God does love LGBT people (and so do I). However, LGBT lifestyles, like "marrying" or dating someone of the same sex, is sinful. And so is transgender/nonbinary lifestyles.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men
10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God
Romans 1:26-28 ~ For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done
There is hope for those living in LGBT lifestyles. Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God and is God in the flesh, came to Earth and lived a sinless life, was crucified, and resurrected on the third day after His death. All you need to do is repent and believe this and you will be saved.
This might not feel pleasant, but it is the truth. That said, LGBT lifestyles are no bigger sins than others. ALL sin is against God and will send people to hell if they don't repent. Though my blog looks cheerful and happy most of the time, I struggle with sin daily. I don't have it all figured out either, but I know Jesus has done everything necessary to be saved and hope to live for Him the best I can. Christians sin daily, not just non-Christians. There will be struggle, but also there will be growth over time.
You may still struggle with same-sex attraction, as we all experience temptation, but God is faithful and full of grace.
I'm also going to refer you to people who were ex-gay and some who are side b (who experience same sex attraction, but do not commit homosexual activity), as they'll probably be better than me at explaining things.

If you wanna talk (about anything, not just religion) I'm still here as well. I still love you regardless of sexuality, religion, or anything else. I hope the Lord speaks to you (and anyone reading this)through this answer.

To be clear:
Just because I believe LGBT lifestyles are sinful does NOT mean you have to agree with me to follow/be friends with me. I will happily talk to people who do not share my beliefs. Do not try to change my beliefs. I won't try to change yours (that's between you and God). I will share my beliefs, but I don't hate anyone who doesn't accept them.

Sorry Kirbs, you're damned to hell. God can only be found in the One, True, Apostolic, ROMAN Church. Bet that pink rubber will burn just fine in hell, so you'll be fine <3
~ JESUS / GOD HATES PROTESTANTS ~ ~ ROMAN CATHOLICISM FOR LIFE ~ ~ ONE TRUE FAITH & ONE TRUE CHURCH ~
if u wanna be saved, convert and pray to mary jesus and some saints <3 okay thx bye
1 Timothy 2:5 (KJV)
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
John 14:6 (KJV)
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Isaiah 8:19-22 KJV
And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward. And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.
Revelation 22:8-9
8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. 9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
Jesus says that HE is the way, not Mary, not saints, not a specific church (The Church is every Christian who believes that Jesus is the Messiah and God, not just certain denominations)
Praying to Saints is idolatry. We can go straight to God himself for prayers and ask brothers and sisters here on earth to pray for us, but we cannot ask the dead or angels to pray for us because they cannot hear or answer our prayers. We also have no need for a priest or Pope to step in because Jesus is our high priest. Prayers are supposed to be to God alone, as prayer is an act of worship. God will not give His glory to another. Even God's angels rebuke those who try to pray to them.
Also the Pope claims that homosexual "marriage" and other sin is ok, which is incorrect. The Pope is a fallible man and the Bible is the infallible word of God. We should be lining up our ways to Scripture alone and follow what it says, not just what any person in power said.
Also I can be certain that by Christ's sacrifice and resurrection, I am saved and will not be going to Hell. I try to follow Him the best I can and anything good in me is from God.
Christ loves all of us, Protestant, Catholic, or any other denomination. Including you. And so do I.
To my Catholic friends who will likely see this:
I love you all dearly, but I cannot agree with your beliefs about praying to Saints or angels. We should only pray to God, because He alone should be worshipped. If you want to talk to me, I will gladly talk. Love you guys.

I should make a whole AU about Ink Sans becoming a Christian. Like he's canonically soulless and emotionless, but what if he converts to Christianity, making him gain a new soul(he tore the first one out), and learns that despite his creator giving up on creating his AU (another part of his backstory), he becomes adopted into the family of God. And then he doesn't need the paint vials to have emotions and uses them for good. And then he protects and spreads the Gospel to the other AUs. Yes. Christian Ink Sans. POYO!

As an LGBT person myself, I think the problem with these anons is that they associate sin with inherent evil. God is merciful, and he'll allow you into the kingdom of heaven if you rectify your sin and embrace the lord almighty. 🙌
Hey sorry this took a while to answer. Sin *is* inherently evil, and people are inherently evil (myself included). We have all sinned against a holy and perfect God and without intervention, we all go to hell. However, with repenting (turning away from that sin) and believing in Jesus Christ(the Son of God and God in the flesh) as your Lord and Savior, that sin means nothing. Living in continuous, unrepentant sin, however, will send you to hell. LGBT lifestyles are sinful, but no more sinful than lying, cheating, murder, theft, ect. If you got questions, or just wanna talk, I and many other Christians in Tumblr can help you.

Fun fact: Poyo is in the Bible, the Greek New Testament specifically. Well, kind of. The Greek word Ποιω poi-o "I do" is in the Bible, but the accent is on the second syllable.
WOW! Christian Kirbo confirmed!
