Opinions on AI Art?

"I don't hate it. I don't think any artist truly does... but it does scare me a little. All of the students and artists, too. We're already losing respect because of it."

A very deep sigh. "AI, ChatGPT... they're supposed to be tools. To help people get started, or get rid of the repetitive aspects of our work. But now it's starting to replace us entirely."

She fidgets with the edges of her dress, taking pause until she folds her arms again.

"I'm happy that more people are creating art, but most AI is using templates to 'learn'—when really those templates are pulled from someone else's piece, uncredited and uninvited! That's theft, not creation. I just hope we'll have a more positive future with it."
