By the way, for people who did not stay informed about Palestine throughout last week:

Isreal has planned to attack Rafah and to completely close the border to Egypt on the first day of Ramadan. This week is the very last week where we can help disabled people to get out. We do not know when the border will be open again, but it could last month if not a year. And evacuating those people out is extremely expensive. The money is going to Safebow to evacuate kids under 4yo, disabled, and pregnant people. Those are people who definitely will not survive if they are stuck in gaza. They are extremely urgent cases, people with cancer, who need insulin, people with broken mobility aids etc...

The concept of plagiarism going from "taking someone else's work and passing it as your own" to now being "anything that you take inspiration from to make your own thing" is killing creativity, I'll fight people on that. Online plagiarism software flag anything similarly formulated as plagiarism, like come on, there isn't 100 ways to give the date of birth and death of someone for example, this is fucking up teenagers mind.

That's how you get kids calling out artists for stealing poses or color palette.

Hum I'm gonna give it to 911 writers for writing one of the best disabled characters on TV. Chris cp is not downplayed, but it's not his only personality trait, and not all of his storylines are about it either and I really like it. They're not infantalising him now that he is a teen, they're allowing him to grow into a messy teen and that's really cool.

Like not only is it logical for Chris to develop some early bpd traits with his abandonment trauma, but it's also bold of the writers to allow a disabled teen to have this messy relationship with his sexuality. Disabled characters are always desexualised, and they were like "nop, that kid is gonna date 5 different girls at once".

The show should really address at some point how Jaskier is the only one who choose to be with Geralt, everyone else has been linked to him through destiny but not Jaskier and how this can be both terrifying for Geralt because Jaskier can leave anytime he wishes to, but also how reconforting it can be, because he is choosing to stay.

You can headcanon ineffable husbands as an mlm ship if you want to, that's perfectly fine, but laughing at people for calling characters nonbinary is fucking disgusting. They are nonbinary in canon. When people say "they're not gay, they're genderless/nonbinary and ace" and your answer is to laugh, you're being ass who is centring queerness around cis gay men. Characters not being gay doesn't make them less queer. And you know very well that in this context gay is not being used as an umbrella therm, so don't play with me.

The way both of those pictures are framed is just so interesting. Because there is no space between them, but there is a line. They are framed as being together and separated at the same time. And this line between them is not just a simple line, it literally split the image in 2. Look at the lighting. As it was pointed out by @chaosandwolves in this post (X), Buck is associated with warm light, while Eddie is associated with cooler light. And this is striking in this first picture. Buck side is warm, Eddie's is cold. It's also noticeable in the second picture but it's more subtle. The background on Buck side is a warm gray, Eddie's is black, white, and blue.

But it's really the first one which gets me here. Because they are 10cm from each other, and yet it looks like 2 pictures glued together, something must have just happened, creating a big split in their life. They will have to do something about it, to take a decision together about what they want their life to be.
