France 5 : diffuse un documentaire avec des personnes souffrant d'arthrose qui font des cours de gym adapté

Moi à mon daron : Ah la dame elle utilise des élastiques pour ses étirements et ça en fait on dirait pas comme ça mais c'est hyper dur ça une résistance pas possible et tu sais quoi, j'ai carrément vu une fille en cours faire une planche avec ! Mais oui tu sais l'équilibre ! Ah pour le cerceau la diff qu'elle fait c'est un mouvement de base, mais ça peut être très joli si c'est chorégraphié ! Et pour les diffs au cerceau le poignet doit toujours avoir une position spécifique "en dehors" un peu, rien que le fait de garder cette position pendant 1'30 c'est chaud. Alala et je te raconte pas, on dirait pas comme ça mais les dessins de base au ruban, ça détruit le poignet un truc de ouf ces dames sont courageuses tu imagines même pas et je ne te parle même pas des moulinets avec les massues et je ne te parle même pas des roulés au ballon, ton bras bouges d'une micro millimètre c'est foutu
