I could not get this interaction out of my head where the baboon would immediately assume Wukong and Macaque are a couple and them just being very confused when Wukong says that’s not the case

You know those two people that obviously love each other and everyone knows it but them,yeah that’s FFM with these guys, and they are over it

This scene is hypothetical and I have yet to decide whether it’s canon to the CelestialPrimatesAU comic

Also the grey monkey is the solder that rides with wukong on the cloud in the AU comic, I named him Wei,he has anxiety and I love him

In Macaque’s earlier years, his hearing abilities weren’t the easiest to understand or control.

I’ve been getting REALLY into Lego Monkie kid and I absolutely love this show.

It eventually got me into journey to the west and Turns out there are four celestial monkeys and two of them are never explored .SO I wanted to make an AU of where MK and the crew we meet the last two, the long armed gibbon and the red rear horse face monkey(the baboon) .

Are they friends ? foes? do they know about MK?macaque?or Wukong?We’ll see

CelestialPrimatesAU(Authors note)

I thought I should share some spoiler free details about my AU so far

…….

This is basically a fanfic comic

The idea is that this AU is to have my take on the two Celestial Primates(the long armed Gibbion and the red buttocked horse faced monkey),their place in the world and their dynamic with wukong and macaque

I wanted them to be their own characters with their own conflicts and I also want to write how those characters will bounce off the characters of the main cast.

This comic is a cannon divergence story that will mainly take place in LMK’s season 2 and after season 3 . It’s going to consist of four volumes ,each volume primarily focusing on each Celestial Primate each having their own central arc but also having an overlapping main story with other characters

The main story will focus on all five monkeys ,their pasts, and their origins.

Also I want to expand on certain characters and concepts that I feel like they weren’t used a lot in the actual show

(Also there will be shadowpeach,but it’s more in the later volumes)

In the end this is supposed to be a fun project for writing and drawing I hope you all enjoy
