@cederikleeuwe Y’know, I really wish I knew so that I could avoid it in the future, lol. The worst part is I think he thought he was just smoothly dropping that into the conversation.

You can only beat me if you’re a retoucher in ads, an illustrator, a 3d artist or a vfx person... oh shit that’s a lot of people still making me look like shit.

the thumbnail as palette squad… not one of those :D

I’m mostly just too damn lazy to use a regular palette like normal people. XD The vids also occasionally show me using the lid of my paint pots as a palette as well, oops (at least, I think I didn’t edit all of those out o_o). I am a terrible straight-outta-the-pot painter and I regret nothing 8D

Thank you both for confirming my irritation was fair. She really isn’t always like this. I’ve had plenty of good talks with her about him. I think she just gets in modes where she needs to have ALL the attention. I can usually brush it off but this instance was particularly annoying because I didn’t ask for, want, or need her validation that he’s attractive (I already know he is, lol). I am, probably unfortunately, used to ending up in relationships, friends or otherwise, where I am the one putting in the majority of the effort, so if she had just blown it off and moved on to her thing that would have been par for the course. The fact that she went out of her way to be rude has made me a lot less inclined to put as much energy into supporting her as I normally would since that conversation.
