This my shark i made from cardboard. He's name is Oscypek (a smoked type of cheese made of salted sheep milk witch is popular in my country especially in moutains). I love him so much and i made him with lemon shark in mind. It's not 100% lemon shark but it has little similarities.

Project : Disrupt

Week : 20th Nov - 24th Nov

I finished making my guitar out of cardboard, painting it with acrylic paint. I used light gauge wire for the strings.

To take a more sustainable and less costly approach, I raided my dad’s shed back at home to look for random metal pieces to make the guitar more believable (i.e screws, nuts).

The pieces I found wouldn’t be used in the making of a real guitar, but I liked the idea of using these non functional items just for their appearance. I believe this concept echoes the action of rock musicians destroying their equipment (it’s not functional, but it adds to the appeal of the show).

With my guitar next week, I’ll photograph the destruction of it.
