My god I hate working the phones. I hate it. Not only am I incredibly awkward on the phone but I don't know enough about this workplace to be a good person on the phone. People ask about events and I have no idea what they're talking about. People ask about who to talk to for something and I don't even know all the names of the people in my own department yet. People ask random shit and I sit there going uhhhhhhh cause I DON'T KNOW. I hate it so much. I end up feeling like a moron because of it. I really wish I wasn't put on the phone system ever again. Or at least provide better means of finding my answers. I tried looking up the event this person wanted to know about and all I could find out was that it was happening. That's it. That's ridiculous.
