warning this may or may not make sense—
okay so here is something I was wondering— wouldn’t it be easier if Zach Nolan killed Daniel first in camping 2?? like Daniel is a park ranger, he knows the park more than anyone else there
Without Daniel, the campers don’t know wtf they’re doing, making them an easy target if Daniel was out of the picture
I like to think that Zach Nolan was more hesitant (??) to kill Daniel because I head-canon them as father and son and for Zach it would be hard to kill a man who he raised ever since he was a little boy since family means so much to him (come on he’s literally killing for his daughter)
but even with this, zach still tried to kill daniel
I also think that sorta pushed him to finally attempt to kill Daniel is that Daniel is basically an officer (yes park rangers are officers but just for parks), Daniel should be against what Zach is doing no matter what the reasoning is, they literally have news papers talking about how the family of 5 is the victim of Zach nolan’s crimes but Zach sees it as revenge so ofc Zach isn’t going to approve
I also want to point out that the players aren’t killed if Daniel is around
in camping 2, the players are killed when they kill Daniel but are only spared when Daniel is still alive, and oh my god i hate the camping 3 ending BUT Zach nolan does saves the cart that Daniel is on (cherry picking since there isn’t an alt ending but funny coincidence)
I believe that Zach STILL has a soft spot for Daniel since again I think that Daniel is his son and again Zach loves his family dearly
I know not every has this head-canon but I find their interactions interesting having this in mind, god I love them

I have this random thought since I've known camping for 5 years and been hyperfixiated for may have think for 4 years until I found daybreak which is my current hyperfixiation, and this made me realized I got into a pipeline (?) Random combination of Daniel and Emma lolol
Drew them because when I was listening to music I realized these two were characters I used to hate so much but ended growing up on me, and that I also loved their counterparts (Steve n the son) but hated them
I'm completely away from my Daniel hater phase, mainly thanks to my twin (Jay) but also because I realized how stupid was to love Steve while hating daniel, more considering Steve could had the chance of being similar to the traits I hated of daniel
With emma i'm not so sure, I don't hate her but she's not exactly a favorite, but a thing I can say is that I definitely like her so much more than before, drawing her regulary actually changed my view on her character
In general, I thought it was stupid to hate them while loving characters that are or could be similar to them and now they're definitely above a B tier for me
