i kind of like callie x calder and idk if im in the serious minority here but there are all these little moments (the running thing of ice stabilizing callie’s emotions including when they are being brainwashed at mothership and calder reaches out a hand to steady her, calder saying callie is the ‘rock’ of the group to make her feel good but you can tell he also kinda means it, him intercepting the guy who wants to take her for a bounty and instead of duking it out in a macho battle just hands him the bounty money and telling her shes worth way more) theres so many little moments. like not to just ship emily and jakes’ PCs whenever they are in bahumia but goddamn.
