A list of things Akiza started to do after S1, headcanons—
Gardening with her mother in their backyard; besides roses, they also grow tulips, hydrangeas, and daffodils among other things
Going to art exhibits and museums with her father, who decided to cut back on his political life to make up for lost time
Learnin how to babysit kids first time using Luna and Leo as practice at Poppo Time
Getting into doing her nails
Making friends with a female student in her year but from another class; they talk about classes and help each other study for upcoming exams
After being mentored by Crow to take his place in the WRGP, they start hanging out more after Akiza gets out of school; their go-to is Café Vameowlla
Learning Russian with the help of Papa Izinski—and later Jack who is also learning it
After getting her license, she starts taking Bloody Kiss to school
She studies and is smart, but she isn't always the top student in every subject—though she retains the crown at dueling all the way to graduation
Getting into holidays to the fullest! She really enjoys Valentine's Day and Christmas because she likes giving gifts
Becoming friend with Jack on her own—Jack at some point invited himself over to the Izinski residence and took the chance to re-do first impressions with Mama and Papa Inzinski; he completely charmed the pants off them
At some point, she wants to experience the street life and asks Crow who immediately goes, "Let me show you the world."
Idk, in return for tutoring her, Akiza starts covering for milk at Poppo Time, so the only errands she does at the grocery store is buy more milk, lmaololololol. YÅ«sei appreciates it a lot and is happy to have an endless supply of milk

For the ask game: Crow Hogan!
@shitpostingkats YAAAAAAAAAAS
How I feel about this character: I LOVE HIM. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. He's my baby and my big brother at the same time, lmao, and I just want to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and kiss him. I saw him for the first time, and I died because I LOVE redheads with happy-go-lucky attitudes!!! He hits all the spots. 😩😩😩😩 (Shout out to Lavi, Reki, and Kagami (outlier but still a redhead)!) And if you don't know yet, I love baby brother characters, and Crow is the youngest of three in their makeshift family. 🥺🥺🥺🥺 So cuuuuuuuuute!!!!
As one of the biggest Crow Hogan fans on this site, it hurts when people tell, "Who's Crow Hogan?" You guys, please, just finish S1—meet Crow and fall in love. QAQ Like, he's so cute and funny and punk. He's perfect. And so are his Blackwings and Black-Winged Dragon!! (I own almost all of them. 👀) I love him so much, my mostest favorite in all of YGO—that's amazing.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: Jack and YÅ«sei! (KIZUNASHIPPING FOR THE WIN!!), Bruno, Akiza, Brave
My non-romantic OTP for this character: Trudge—he became the family friend somehow, lmaolololol.
Jack & Yūsei—you know, typical shenanigans.
And oh, Akiza—they hangout after Akiza get out of school often. u_u Their favorite place to hit up is Cafe Vameowlla owned by a gay older woman who FINALLY found a date. (My fanon goes DEEP.)
My unpopular opinion about this character: I instantly don't trust interpretations of Crow if he is called the dad friend or any semblance of the dad in the group. ^^; I think it's too much of a generalization, and the term is just thrown around to any dude character who takes care of kids. Honestly, with his age and role as the youngest of three, he's more of a brother figure. He didn't adopt kids—he took take of them because that's just the kind of person he is. His nestlings are, like, 10 or 8, if they were his kids by blood, he would've been only 8 himself when he had them. Like, that's a big responsibility to put on someone who's just a kid himself.
Being the dad friend is really a curse and does such a disservice to Crow as a character because that's what most people just default him to, but like, the guy was going to though hands at a bitter old man and then went, Well, you're our dad now. Didn't even ask permission, just said he wanted it and he got it, like a brat. The instant he sees Jack, it's fight on sight, even when it's the inside of a jail. Crow is innately violent because it's instinct; he's not the calmest one, even when he's thinking of others—in the tag duel against Sherry, Akiza is the one who got him to think clearly. He does what he does firstly to survive, which includes being frugal and bitchy about money and taking care of kids who can't protect themselves. It's okay for a character to be flat but only when it comes to their chest!!
If anyone is the designated dad of the group, it's Jack Atlas of all people. 😩 Did anyone expect him to be the one who takes care of the twins?? I didn't, and it was so cute of him! Jack, with all his flaws and personality issues, holds a lot of responsibility of what he is and what people see him as, and I whollfully believe that put in a position of responsibility, he is capable of being mature.
In my opinion, this whole "Crow is dad friend" serves only to restrict Crow as a character, and that's why I think a lot of people don't actively like him. People like him (for good reasons), but compared to YÅ«sei and Jack, it isn't for any reasons that striking, which is a shame. Because he's also an orphan, raised by the same woman. He was also in Team Satisfaction, from the start to its bitter end. He left first, but he came back because he doesn't abandon his friends.
Honestly, I think Crow knows he was never going to be what Yūsei and Jack are to each other. It's Jack and Yūsei, not Jack and Yūsei and Crow. They're two sides of the same coin; tricycles aren't exactly cool. He's the last of the Signers, gaining a symbol that already belonged to someone else. He gets scraps, but what can he do but just accept that and go on his own path. But still, not having his brothers in his life was odd—it's like missing an arm. You get used to it, but nothing is exactly the same as it was before. He feels abandoned, he feels left behind, he feels forgettable. (Kid brother issues, you know.) Still, he pushes himself forward. He misses his family, but he knows he can't let it hold him back. He's happy when Jack and Yūsei come home. People don't say Jack and Yūsei and Crow, but there they are again, being idiots and starting fights over coffee and budget.
One thing I wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: At some point, he, Akiza, and Luna should have girls days out. u_u He can definitely be taught the joy of going to the mall and going to cute cafes. (Idc what anyone has to say, I enjoy going to the mall, lmao.)
Oh, the context is that Crow is he/him dfab, so once Jack and YÅ«sei are home now, feels comfortable wearing skirts and dresses.
Send me an ask! 👀 I've watched all the series.
